Yokohama Tsurumi Ward Hotels

The hotel is a quick drive from Haneda Airport, and you can reach it from either the east or west exit of the subway station in about 5 minutes. (Just cross the street and go straight to the right; it's right on the main street!) There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby, as well as a supermarket (in the same building as Keikyu Tsurumi Station). The fruit and rice crackers are delicious! The room was clean, and there were plenty of small personal items available for pick-up on the first floor. The TV had a wide selection of channels! I didn't hear any noise during my sleep, but I could hear the passing train in the morning. The room size is perfect for one person, but for two people, you might need to consider your body type, and you might not be able to carry luggage in the aisle too easily! The front desk staff was also very helpful, and I had to ask them to speak Chinese. I'll definitely be considering this hotel when I visit Tokyo again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers looking to explore Yokohama or needing easy access to Tokyo. Being right next to Tsurumi Station makes it incredibly easy to get around without relying too much on taxis or long walks. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Though not overly spacious, it made efficient use of space, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western options, which was a great way to start the day. If I had to find any fault, it would be that the hotel is located in a quieter part of Yokohama, which might not suit everyone's taste. However, for me, it added to the charm and made for a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the Yokohama area.

I was looking forward to having a croissant in Yokohama Pompadour for breakfast, but it seemed that the number was small and there was no more when I went. I don't think I wrote a limited quantity or something, but ｡｡｡

The twin room was quite spacious and well-ventilated thanks to the window. However, renovations were ongoing on other floors during my stay. A significant issue was that the cold water tap was dispensing hot water. The bathroom felt quite outdated, with old-fashioned faucets, and the toilet seat lacked a heating function.

Breakfast was very satisfying, with coffee, soup, and various breads provided. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to use it again.

This hotel is a great budget hotel right in the center of Yokohoma. The place is very close to all the good amenities and are walking distance. You can see the Yokohoma Dena Blue Star Stadium outside and Chinatown is one station away. The room we had was nice. The staff here is very kind, friendly and helpful. The fact that you can rent your own private sauna is the highlight for this hotel. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Yokohama for a short stay.

The cleanliness was superb, which allowed me, as a female guest, to feel completely at ease and comfortable during my stay. I did find the capsule a bit warm, but it was within a tolerable range. The facilities were also well-equipped, contributing to a very comfortable experience. I would definitely like to stay here again if I get the chance!

All the staff at the front desk spoke English. There was no clock in the room, but they quickly fixed it.

The location and service are very good, close to the tram station. Very close to China Street. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is OK. The room size is spacious in Japan.

This is a really nice hotel, conveniently located right next to the local train station. There's also a fantastic soba noodle restaurant nearby, and it's very easy to get to the subway station. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit small and come with bunk beds. However, considering the price, it offers good value for money, and overall, my experience was still quite good.
