Friendly staff. Everything in the room is neat, tidy and clean, including toilet and towels. Provide parking with a small fee.

Staff really friendly and helpfull ,didnt get chance to try the food so cant comment on that , nice 10 minute walk into city centre close to york races , was clean but feel could do with little update in room but everyrhing you need for nice stay in york

#negative #I was disappointed with the Mosquito Control Measures, Bed Comfort Level, Toiletries, Natural Light in the Room; The room is old and broken, the waiter has a bad attitude! Not recommended, will not come to live in the future!
