很少點評，但這次金泰的服務讓我實在不太舒服。因為隔朋友家近，所以經常訂這個酒店，這次朋友一起訂三間房。第一，拿房卡去開門開不了，衹好打電話給前台，要服務員來刷。服務員來了問，為什麼刷不了呢？我衹好回：這不得問你們嗎？第二，打電話要幫忙調下麻將機，等了十幾分鐘沒來，朋友便自己調，服務員進來還沒調好，問是不是從9調到16。服務員不耐煩地責怪怎麼這麼弄呢？？第三，空調效果不好，開兩小時製冷效果不好，朋友們都説太熱。第四，忘記拿卡，要前台再給一張。前台：卡要記得拿撒……記得記得我還找你丫！！！不爽真的不爽！！
退房後到長沙住的酒店，真的是笑意滿滿，看見有小朋友，和藹可親地説話，還給小朋友送來小童用品。和金泰的服務形成大對比丫

衞生：還好一直都是我一個人住，如果中途老婆過來一定會打起來，房間到處可見長頭髮，不會處理我教你呀！這樣很難受。密集恐懼症呀！
設施：衹是簡單的酒店，沒其餘設施還收按金，怕我偷你家東西嗎？
説兩句，能到這裏住的80%都是岳紙的服務商，圈子很小相互傳一下誰還住？服務行業就要以服務為主。

我着實沒住過如此之差的酒店，懷着內心的不滿，憤憤的寫下次評價，我發誓無一句不實的話，第一，隔音特差，我住下之後，小孩的奔跑和玩鬧，持續到我出門吃完飯，然後更離譜的事情來了，身為一個酒店居然沒熱水，我以為是太多人洗了，我特意等了一下，然後還是沒有，我洗了冷水，因為我定的兩天，我找了前台，她説她去反應，然後第二天我特意又和她説，她説她和老闆説，我玩了回來，滿懷期待的打開水呀，更冷了。我問前台，她説老闆説明天來調，我內心毫無波瀾，住兩天兩天冷水，對了好多人反應沒熱水的。嗯，不推薦住這家酒店。然後然後是來岳陽玩的話，不推薦這個位置，蠻偏僻的。然後我在國慶這兩天高温下，洗冷水澡感冒了，第一天我以為第二天會調好水温的，第二天又和我説明天，我不住了。第一次打這麼多字。
