Yufuin Onsen Yufunoi Yuhri

The staff has a good attitude and can communicate in English. The hotel is a bit old, but very clean and has tram charging bays. Each room has an independent hot spring, with high privacy and a large space.

Location: It is some distance away from Yufuin Station. The hotel does not provide shuttle service. It costs about 850 yen by taxi, or about 25 minutes' walk. You can directly follow the instructions on Google Maps to find the hotel location, and there is no problem of being unable to find it. Room: The hotel has ten rooms, each with an outdoor private bath and high privacy. Although there is a certain degree of aging, the small house has a very large space for activities, including a Japanese-style room, a bedroom with floor-to-ceiling glass, a bathroom with separate dry and wet areas, a bathtub and an outdoor hot spring bath. The room also provides free yukata, clogs and tea bags. Staff: Although the staff did not speak English very well, they were very patient and enthusiastic in treating us. Because it was a one-stop hotel with two meals, they would call the room to remind us every time it was close to meal time, and they would be waiting at the door. Meal: Overall good, I believe the meal will change depending on the season. Since I don’t eat sashimi, the hotel thoughtfully arranged another dinner for me.

The independent cabin is very comfortable and has a high degree of privacy. There are private Japanese-style baths and separate dining rooms. The service attitude of the staff is first-class and very kind. It is a good accommodation experience.

The room is clean and quiet. The outdoor private bath is really comfortable. The food is good. The waiter is very friendly and has no problem communicating in English. Although it is a bit far from the station and public transportation is not recommended, it only takes 5 minutes and costs 800 yen by taxi.

The Yufuin Hotel scores highly for its price-performance ratio. The waiters are very attentive, the hotel is clean and tidy, the independent bath is beautiful, and the meals are delicious. It would be nice if the portions could be increased a little!

It's quite a distance from Yufuin, but it only costs about 800 yen by taxi. There is no convenience store nearby, so if you want to spend the night, you have to make a reservation.
