Food was disappointing for this price point. The onsen area relies on steam to block prying eyes. But this also means there is no outside view for us. The other property we stayed at offered better value, despite having a higher price.

I stayed with my Korean boyfriend and Japanese girlfriend. I don't understand Japanese, but an older woman said that she nags her girlfriend a lot in Japanese... I don't know if it's because I don't speak Japanese, but I don't think the nagging was that good. Still, the accommodation was quite expensive and it was the end of the year, so... Still, my girlfriend said that the service from the two men was really good!

Pick-up service is not available. You have to take a taxi and get kaiseki cuisine. Dinner and breakfast are not very good. Overall it's okay.

今次溫泉旅程非常滿意，酒店距離金鱗湖只有10分鐘車程，早餐及及晚餐很豐富好好味，獨立溫泉設於地下，很有特色，還有很感謝酒店經理，幫我安排在溫泉旅館求婚，謝謝經理在這2-3個月幫我安排玫瑰花！這是一趟非常滿意的旅遊行程

十分好！ 食物好！ 服務好。
