朋友極力推薦的，房價挺高，房間也不錯，結果服務真是感覺不咋的，首先説前廳，愛搭不理的，還有人上班嗑瓜子，這就是運城最好的酒店？退房時就一個服務員，讓開發票結果等了好長時間。好像店長過來了結果又把我的發票給了別人，真是醉了！晚上沒吃飯叫了餐，吃完後給前廳打電話，收拾一下，結果打了3個電話前後將近20分鐘才有人過來收拾！也許是真的住客太多了忙不過來？？？
晚上將近3點被蚊子咬醒的，找了一下沒找到蚊香液，給前台打電話説在牀頭櫃下面，自己找找。好吧，那就找唄，結果沒找到！又給前台打電話，説安排人送。好嘛，左等右等等不來人，將近10多分鐘傻傻的等着蚊香液不敢睡，就那麼傻坐着。等送過來也睡不着了。我是過來睡覺的，結果沒睡成，唉！
我就奇了怪了，是我太倒黴還是真的服務不好？？？真心是太失望了！

山西出差，網上反覆挑選，都是當地評分最高的的酒店，入住果然還是不錯的，設施比較齊全，送了迎賓水果和不限量的礦泉水，服務態度非常好，還有地下免費車庫，總體屬於商務輕奢的感覺，性價比非常高

酒店位置不錯，在大路旁邊，有停車場有停車管理人員幫着找位置指揮停車。前台服務人員態度好，熱情周到，前台還提供免費的小食品，房間乾淨整潔，有公共洗衣設施，早餐不錯。酒店後面的大街上有很多餐館，最後一張照片是酒店二樓陝西餐館。

酒店的服務和設施挺好的，增值服務很多，大廳有免費的飲料和小零食，陳艷茹服務很好，很熱情，溝通能力很強，早餐品種也挺多，味道比外頭都好，還有現煮的麪條和餛燉，超級好吃😋，大廳還有機器人，可以送外賣到房間。房間的一次性用品質量都很好，特別是一次性拖鞋，質量超好，又衞生又安全，非常不錯，下次還會來，推薦👍🏻

衞生：乾淨利落，客房大姐每天都打掃，房間用品品質都很好。
環境：吃飯方便，門口比較多
服務：周到，有求必應，前台麥宇服務非常好，很熱情。

房間裝修風格非常好，顯得非常大氣，整潔，乾淨，並配備高檔的洗漱用品。前台小謝小衞非常熱情，耐心回答所有提出的問題，入住當天有小玩具送給小朋友，早餐品種比較多，每一道都比較精緻，總之性價比很高，以後來運城，一定會續住。

服：務絕對是比“某撈”還要高出一萬倍～酒上店上下員下工都很客，氣特別是妙妙小姐姐，幫還忙約了送高鐵的車非，常有的家感覺～出差首選，期待下次住家這酒店~感美謝巢雅韻的每一員位工，真推心薦͏
位置：酒位店於市中心，出行常非方便，隔有壁個大超，市買東西很方，便晚上對面還小有吃街，非熱常鬧

非常棒！之前住過一次，感覺還可以，這次出差就又過來啦！
工作人員態度都很熱情，見面都會主動打招呼。還要感謝一下前台妙妙小姐姐，不僅人長得漂亮，態度很好，很温柔，溝通很順暢，而且能夠及時解決問題，非常棒！從辦理入住開始，就會送上一杯熱茶，每天都會有水果贈送上門。下午還有下午茶，免費停車，真的是感覺很温馨。房間內洗漱用品很全面，還有洗面乳和卸粧水，太貼心啦！對了！房間配備的浴服好好穿，超級舒服，穿着也很好看，環境非常好，視野特別棒！這房間非常的大氣！推薦推薦推薦推薦！
