這次旅行和家人一起去的運城，住進了這家酒店，當時定的三人間，房間乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，酒店服務人員態度非常和藹，耐心給我講解運城可以逛的景點，因時間關係我們逛了兩個景點，帶孩子可以拍照玩，拍照打卡真心不錯，這也可以説的是這家酒店的服務人員真是用心了。

房型定錯了，前台給免費換了房型，酒店裡麪設施齊全，衞生乾淨，服務更是一流，最主要的是免費用的吃的都挺多的，一次性馬桶墊，消毒濕巾，護理包，針線包，奶茶，咖啡，茶葉，等等，特別值得推薦這個酒店，很滿意的一次入住！！

服務方面，所有人員服務意識很強，開車到門口保安會第一時間指揮到位，到大廳收銀員主動問好，辦理入住速度很快。
環境方面，大廳一股淡淡的清香味，房間也是一股淡淡的清香，很好聞。
衞生乾淨整潔，床單，被子也是白白的看着讓人都很舒心。
設施方面，設施齊全，有免費洗衣房，可以洗衣服，裝修風格也是很喜歡。

不錯的環境，值得推薦的好酒店，服務員個個彬彬有禮，有問題都會及時解決，讓人感覺五星級的待遇！設施也很完善，房間隔音效果也很不錯👍離市區也很近，周邊還有超市，小吃街，離萬達也很近，走路也就幾分鐘路程，周邊有鹽池關帝廟都可以去玩。

一家三口去逛了買的三人間，看到上面有接送高鐵服務就聯繫酒店接我們，很快司機接上我們到酒店，到了大廳前台服務人員態度很好，見我帶着孩子就提醒我説是她們酒店有三人間看需要幫我換嗎？我就問她需要加錢嗎？她説可以免費幫我換，孩子看了房間很喜歡就想住那個，就麻煩收銀員幫我換了，到了上面打掃房間的阿姨也是態度很好房間的設備也是齊全，不錯的一次體驗，下次去運城還會選擇這家酒店。
