Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay.
Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station.
Thanks for the great service, strongly recommended.

I am very satisfied with the fact that I can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. The front desk was very considerate and sent it to the room. It also introduced various instructions in detail. There is a special welcome card and the facilities are complete. There are also chocolates of the same type as the Matterhorn in the refrigerator. You can take pictures and check in. There are various commercial streets. convenient

如果想要看到馬特洪峰的話，這間陽台房型看不到，浴室沒有浴缸，若在意的可以留意一下，飯店距離車站很近，也可以預約請飯店至車站接駁，整體感受良好！

The hotel as well as the staff went way above our expectations. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and was centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and many activities. Views from the room are outstanding and would recommend to anyone traveling to Zermatt from the United States. Loved the warm greeting from a furry friend!

We had a short but wonderful stay at Zermama. Very friendly and professional staff. I’ve been travelling around the world both privately and professionally staying in a wide variety of hotels but Zermama is one of my favorites. You feel that the hotel is managed with respect for its staff and that’s why the staff is so respectful to its guests too. Our well deserved congrats to the Zermama team with a special thank you to Amanda for the pleasant talks with my morning coffee. Every Zermama team member deserved a star which makes it more than 5! We’ll come back.
