Compared with other prices on the mountain that cost one or two thousand, the price-performance ratio is very high. Service: The proprietress and her family are very enthusiastic and will personally drive to the nearby shuttle bus parking spot. The proprietress cooks it herself, and her younger son says the noodles taste better than what his mother cooks. The most important thing is that we stayed here according to the route recommended by the landlady, which is contrary to the peak flow of people. I brought my parents to Zhangjiajie for fun. I was very happy to stay at Xishan Yunshe. The owner and his family were very nice. They not only gave us a detailed guide, but also took us back to the residence from the entrance of the scenic spot. There is a bamboo forest behind the homestay, surrounded by green mountains and gurgling streams. It is very pleasant. The transportation is very convenient. You can get on and off the scenic bus at the entrance of the homestay. In addition, the owner's aunt cooked very well and had the taste of home. This place may not have the best environment but it must be the most heartwarming. The owner took us to dig bamboo shoots and pick acid anhydride. In addition, the geographical location is excellent. It is in the center of the scenic area, Yangjiajie, and Huanglongzhai, which are very convenient. I will definitely choose here next time I come to play.

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a cheap and quiet place to rest. The room was really good and spacious, the environment was also very clean. The shower room had hot water with good pressure and there was a water heater and a hair dryer available. The room view was also amazing. I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. The hotel id indeed close to the south entrance of the park so there are restaurants and shops nearby. The only problem is that you have to go up and down stairs to get to the hotel and at the end of the day when you're super tired that can be a pain but I just thought of it as extra exercise. They added a ”ramp” for you to be able to roll your suitcase which was ok. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Zhangjiajie again.

Our trip to Zhangjiajie couldn’t have been better! This hotel is a few minutes walking distance away from a secondary (non crowded!) entrance to the National Park. The view from the pool is facing the National Park too, which couldn’t be more beautiful. Same goes for the surroundings as the area is super calm, you can relax indeed. The restaurant serves good typical food (we highly recommend the sea bass fish - both versions). The breakfast is acceptable with a mix of asian western (although mostly Asian you can find such things as yogurt, croissants, butter and bread). The hotel could be improved in minor details, which we passed on to the team. But these won’t make your experience bad in anyway. What made our stay one of the best in this big China trip was our hostess named Fan! ＜3 She was always available for us, did the impossible to find anything we needed and surprised us all the time. She carefully planned all our itineraries for all the attractions, never forgot a single request and spoke English better than anyone else in the Team. She was 6 out of 5*. ;) Don’t miss Jojo, the beautiful and cute cat belonging to the hotel. :) Our room also included a transfer which we used to the airport by the end of the stay, driving us in time to our flight. We hope to be back one day. :)

The room is very bright and spacious, the hygiene is very clean, and the most important thing is that it is very quiet, the environment is very good, the boss is very enthusiastic, and the service is considerate! It feels like going home,

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights during golden week. They didn’t have any luggage storage but we were able to store our bags in the lobby as we arrived before check-in time. The staff is great, helpful and very friendly but they don’t speak much English. Thankfully we know a bit of Chinese and were able to use Google translate when we couldn’t understand. They helped us with locations to several places in Zhangjiajie. The room itself was quite alright. There was a bit of a cleanliness issue, it should’ve been swept more but that was the only major thing. I was quite satisfied. We had 3 rooms booked. The location is pretty good. A 10 minute walk to the avatar mountains location. It was very convenient. From there we were also able to take buses to the further locations like Tianmen mountain or the Grand Canyon and glass bridge. I don’t think the hotel provides breakfast but it’s located very close to several restaurants and we often just got Baozi to go. They were all located all the way to the forest park. Would stay again. Good price and convenient

A hidden gem hotel, a bit like a state guesthouse. The hotel itself is a small scenic spot. Looking up, you can see the mountains, trees, blue sky and white clouds, and looking down, you can see flowers, plants, small fish and forest paths. The room is quiet and clean, and the service staff is professional and polite. It is not comparable to the exaggerated Internet celebrity hotels. The only drawback for families with children is that the bed type of the standard room is 1.2m, if it is 1.35m, it will be perfect. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Zhangjiajie!

The service is good. There are free shuttles to scenic spots. The hotel's breakfast buffet in the morning is delicious and has many varieties. However, the environment and hygiene are not very good. The hotel is on a mountain. When we went up the mountain, we suspected that the navigation was wrong and led us to the wilderness. In terms of hygiene, the tap water is a bit yellowish, even after it has been stored for a long time. There are several chairs in the room, but two of them are moldy.
