The owners were friendly and helpful since we had a terrible first night (noisy neighbors, hard bed and a dirty room), so they proposed other alternatives. We switched to a twin bedroom on the 3rd floor that was quiet and clean. They let us use their washing machine a couple of times and proposed discounted tickets on different attractions in Zhangjiajie. It's worth contacting them in advance if you're interested. This place is a great value for your money 👌

Incredible value for money, unheard of anywhere else. No downsides, only the open squatting toilet right where the shower is is an interesting design

The lady Boss is super nice and friendly she really help us to book thinks and was in general super nice and welcoming to us !!!
