"The hotel is 3 to 5 minutes away from Tianmen Cable Way. Making it an excellent place to stay if you are heading to Mt. Tianmen. The room is comfortable and they offer a free ride service to the train station for you to depart to your next destination. Apart from that, there is few chinese restaurants and convenience stalls beside the hotel!"

"If you're confused or dont know where to dtay, BOOK THIS!! 😍 Rooms: There were 5 of us friends and we had a family room and executive/superior room. Both were clean incuding the other hotel areas. Service: Best part for us was service! 😍 The reception staff especially Guo and May and the hotel owner were all so helpful, responsive and helped us plan our itinerary. Location: Cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a great time! Location was so close to Baofeng lake and the east gate to national park. Half hour to 72 Towers and train station. Amneties: breakfast had limited options for vegetarian but we knew that and it was not a massive deal for us. We used the laundary room which was pretty easy and they have plenty of umbrellas for rainy days. 10/10 would highly recommend"

"Trying to find the hotel was the slightly difficult part unless you know what to look for, but they do have a big poster on the entrance at street level. The apartment was lovely and light. The reception staff were very helpful and also helped us buy tickets for Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. Very good location close to local shops. Do bring ear plugs though as during morning you can hear the traffic below. Would still recommend them. Good view from the room. Catch a didi to the intersection of the Jiefang Road and Yingbin Road. About 2-3 mins walk from there to building entrance. Floor 17A."

"1. The service is good, the boss is enthusiastic, and the room was upgraded. The facilities are very new, and there is a swimming pool in the backyard. The only problem is that the mosquitoes are too strong. The air conditioning is very powerful, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and a smart toilet, but the space is too small. 2. The scenery is superb, and Tianmen Cave is opposite. It is a real pleasure to sit in front of the small table for making tea and look at the Tianmen Cave 3. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Tianmen Cave Cableway, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. Parking is available at the door. 4. The beef factory restaurant nearby is delicious. 5. The breakfast is very exquisite and tastes good. I didn't try their home-cooked dishes, but I can tell from the breakfast that they must taste good. Mind the point It's too close to the airport, with a flight every 15 minutes on average. The noise is very loud, but I don't mind it, but if you have trouble sleeping, I don't recommend it. The passage upstairs is narrow, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage"

"A wonderful hotel! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the hotel staff for their warmth, hospitality, and assistance in organizing our trip! 1. We were met at the airport and taken to the train station on a free comfortable transfer. 2. There is a free transfer to the National Park there and back. 3. Delicious breakfast: steamed buns, jiaozi, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables - and all this with a stunning view of the mountains! 4. The territory of a hotel is much larger than it looks on the photo, very well-groomed and interesting. I recommend to plan 1 day to just relax at the hotel! 5. The hotel has a small cute pool with a view of the mountains. 6. The hotel staff confidently speaks English and helped us with literally every little thing! They bought tickets, planned every day of our stay, helped with routes and gave their recommendations. They answered in the chat literally instantly on any question! They were worried and wrote to us if we stayed somewhere late. 7. Free tea tasting of local tea in English was very interesting! You can buy local tea and pottery in the store. 8. During our stay, we counted 3 dogs, 7 cats, 3 kittens and 2 puppies that live on the territory of the hotel. All animals are very friendly and gave this place an incredibly warm and homely atmosphere. 9. Laundry is free, we used it several times, everything is great! 10. You can order dinner at any time. All the food is delicious, home-cooked and made with love! 11. The room was wonderful and very spacious with a large bed, great pillows and very soft linens. 12. We left the hotel very early, so the staff brought us breakfast to go. It was very nice! Thank u so much!!! I’ll really miss this place!"

"This hotel was really amazing. It was easy to get to using didi from the airport (around 15rmb) and to get from there all around town. But most importantly it's a short walking distance from the cable car up Tianmenshan, which allowed us to get there super early and still sleep well on the comfortable beds. The view was really nice, the internet quick and everything was clean and well organized. Even though we got a smoking room (we don't smoke) nothing smelled like cigarettes so they even managed to keep that clean. Would really recommend and come back to."

"I stayed at Mengtu Hotel with my mother and sister. We booked a 3 bed family room for one night. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from Tianmen Mountain Cableway (Route A) so it's in an incredibly ideal location. From the very start, the staff here went out of their way to accommodate us. They offered help to book trains, taxis and even organising itinerarys. They let us store our bags there overnight (free of charge) while we went on a one-night trip to Furong Ancient Town. We offered to tip them for keeping our bags safe but they wouldn't let us! They even offered us a ride (once again free of charge) to the airport nearby when we were back to collect our bags and head off. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough if you're staying in Zhangjiajie!"

"Honestly this the best hotel-place we have ever stayed in china. Although the location is not muslim friendly as there is no halal restaurant around the area. However, the staf was really kind to provide us a vegetarian breakfast which really helped us through tbe day. The staf is really supportive and kind to the guest as they treated us like a family which we really appreciated it 🫰🏻. The hotel is really clean and spacious. And its the best hotel if you want to visit the Avatar mountain as it really near or you can stay in for relaxation purposes as it the best for it."

"We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff did so much for us and a good stay in the national park that the review will be longer than usual. The rooms are super luxurious. The view from the hotel into the national park is amazing when waking up or for sunrise after spending the day in the park. All windows have mosquito nets, so during the night you can leave the windows open and enjoy the sounds of nature. We had breakfast and also stayed for dinner. Both were tasty and freshly cooked. We have seen that the hotel also has a huge garden for growing vegetables. Regarding the location to the park and after spending some days in the park, the south-east gate is the best for visiting the park as it is not very crowded and it is located in the center of the park with connections to all areas and very fast access to the bailong elevator. The staff helped us by choosing the right tickets and explained everything in detail and gave individual recommendations depending on our wished hike length. The communication was super easy, because they have a really good voice translation device, so that you can have a normal conversation with everyone and not only in English-Chinese. Every language works. I really liked it, because you can have normal conversations. So when visiting Zhangjiajie I highly recommend choosing the south east gate and this hotel."
