"By far the best hotel we have stayed at in China and mostly due to the host. She was incredible. She drove us to restaurants and the national park. She was really welcoming. Helped us find a swimming pool. She couldn’t have done more for us and we are very grateful. The rooms are BIG and spacious. We had the skylight room. It was great. I couldn’t fault this hotel at all. The National Park SOUTH entrance is 5 mins by car"

"Loved this hotel and would highly recommend! The room was clean, well stocked with amenities (towels, bathroom accessories, bathrobes etc). Bed was comfy and room was spacious. The shower had a waterfall shower head and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good with many options for both chinese and western style food. The service here was amazing! Mei at the front desk helped us to plan out itinerary for Zhanjiajie forest park, with our day planned and mapped out, even including the estimated time we would spend in each area of the park and our bus routes within to maximize our experience. She booked our tickets and park reservations. This was extremely helpful as we do not speak Mandarin and found the park very confusing on our own. They also provide free transport to and from East gate and drop off pick up to the pedestrian street restaurants and local sightseeing.. The hotel is also located right next to Baofen Lake scenic park. Our experience in Zhangjiajie was amazing thanks to the fabulous service this hotel offers."

"🌏 The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, they offered us a free transfer. The driver was a bit late, but the staff handled it with such care — they even gave us a complimentary return transfer to the train station as an apology. That’s what I call genuine hospitality! The reception girls were absolute sweethearts. Kind, patient, they explained everything with the help of a translator, served us hot tea, and even brought fruit as a welcome gift. Honestly, I’ve stayed in five-star hotels before, but I have never experienced this level of heartfelt care and warmth there. Here, you feel not like a client, but a truly welcome guest. The room was pure harmony — spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Slippers, a hygiene kit, a hairbrush, and even women’s sanitary products were provided — such a rare and considerate touch. The panoramic windows were huge (yes, the view was of a construction site), but the atmosphere inside was so pleasant it didn’t matter at all. And the tea ceremony table was the cherry on top, making the whole stay feel cultural and special. This hotel proves that true comfort doesn’t come from stars, but from genuine care, warm smiles, and attention to details. P.S. Oh, and the sweetest surprise — our stay happened to coincide with the Mid-Autumn Festival. The hotel gifted us a box of mooncakes 🎑🥮. It wasn’t just a gift, it felt like a piece of tradition and celebration shared with us. Such a warm and thoughtful gesture that turned our trip into something truly memorable."

"Highly recommend this hotel to stay if you are going to Tianmen Mountain, short 10-15mins distance. Room is very modern and high tech, you can control the room lights and curtains via AI voice assistant or from the screen panels manually. Hotel also provide a one time free pickup or dropoff service to/from airport or zhangjiajie west railway station, just let the hotel know 1 day in advance and they will arrange for you."

"Very friendly staff who kindly offered laundry service. Their WeChat account makes communication easy. The park view from the 17th floor is top tier (but you still hear the road). The room and the elevator would benefit from an in-depth cleanup."

"We had a lovely room with a glass roof, seeing a beautiful landscape when waking up. The hotel is 20 minutes away by car from the East Entrance of the Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The host were very kind, planing routes for us, assisting us in every possible request and offering breakfast in the morning. Recommended to stay away from the buzz of the center and have a great quiet time!"

"A wonderful hotel! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the hotel staff for their warmth, hospitality, and assistance in organizing our trip! 1. We were met at the airport and taken to the train station on a free comfortable transfer. 2. There is a free transfer to the National Park there and back. 3. Delicious breakfast: steamed buns, jiaozi, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables - and all this with a stunning view of the mountains! 4. The territory of a hotel is much larger than it looks on the photo, very well-groomed and interesting. I recommend to plan 1 day to just relax at the hotel! 5. The hotel has a small cute pool with a view of the mountains. 6. The hotel staff confidently speaks English and helped us with literally every little thing! They bought tickets, planned every day of our stay, helped with routes and gave their recommendations. They answered in the chat literally instantly on any question! They were worried and wrote to us if we stayed somewhere late. 7. Free tea tasting of local tea in English was very interesting! You can buy local tea and pottery in the store. 8. During our stay, we counted 3 dogs, 7 cats, 3 kittens and 2 puppies that live on the territory of the hotel. All animals are very friendly and gave this place an incredibly warm and homely atmosphere. 9. Laundry is free, we used it several times, everything is great! 10. You can order dinner at any time. All the food is delicious, home-cooked and made with love! 11. The room was wonderful and very spacious with a large bed, great pillows and very soft linens. 12. We left the hotel very early, so the staff brought us breakfast to go. It was very nice! Thank u so much!!! I’ll really miss this place!"

"Very good and new hotel with very nice staff and clean and good smell environment. I will come again. Strong points: 1. Room i have booked was according to the pictures, very spacious and comfortable, good corridor with open closet and nice toilet and shower, very big bed. 2. Room is on 14th floor with good view on the city and mountain with cableway. 3. Smart room is equipped with voice control or touch panel to open the curtains, lights, AC, wifi. 4. Bathroom is at the entrance with nice sink and good light mirror, there is also make up mirror and the hotel provides toothbrush with toothpaste, comb, shaving kit, vanity set. All you need. The set of towels is 3- face, medium and big for the body. There is a robe, slippers and toilet sit cover. 5. In the shower all is new, the shower head works very well and water is warm. The strong point is that hotel is ”sustainable” and uses less plastic - there is big shampoo, shower gel and conditioner dispensers, not the small to throw away!!!very good! Smart toilet was also clean and nice. The hairdryer is new and good (like dyson). 6. The bed is comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. I had a very good sleep, the blanket is warm and nice, bed linen is clean and fresh, all new. 7. I had a deep sleep due to the comfort in the room, you can use a fan and air ventilation, or you can switch off. The temperature was regulated perfectly. Not hot and not cold. 8. There is a teapot to boil water and on the table there is a traditional tea set. 9. If you have a delivery, the robot comes to your door and gives it to you, very convenient. 10. The hotel reception and lobby personnel is very polite, nice and welcoming. They help you using wechat and try to cover your requests. They were very kind to let me late check out. 11. I know that in the hotel there is laundry and gym. I had no time to use them. Also there is a restaurant. 12. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and it is 10 minutes to the station and 15 minutes to the airport. 13. And the most important thing for me as a frequent traveller, it has no smell of smoke anywhere, its smoke free, fresh and clean. I had very very good experience. I am allergic and suffer in many places in China. It is excellent place!!! I havent found any bad points, so I give 10/10 vote."
