"I had an excellent stay at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and speak English. I arrived late and they directly helped me book a ticket for the park the next day and explained how to get there. The breakfast included is very good + you take it on the roof with a magnificent view. The hotel is close to the east entrance of the park (about 15-20 minutes walk)."

"Trying to find the hotel was the slightly difficult part unless you know what to look for, but they do have a big poster on the entrance at street level. The apartment was lovely and light. The reception staff were very helpful and also helped us buy tickets for Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. Very good location close to local shops. Do bring ear plugs though as during morning you can hear the traffic below. Would still recommend them. Good view from the room. Catch a didi to the intersection of the Jiefang Road and Yingbin Road. About 2-3 mins walk from there to building entrance. Floor 17A."

"I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Zhangjiajie. The location was perfect—just 200 meters from Cable Car Station A to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. It made getting to the scenic area incredibly convenient. My room was so big, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain!"

"Great stay, very friendly family. Location: although not super close to cable car station, its a nice quartier to walk around (restaurants, little stores, fruit stalls), theres a big stone in front of it. Room: spacious, low light, big window, no smell, good bed, clean. Ask for high floor or front building room to avoid restaurant smell from the street. They can gently help you to purchase tickets for attractions at good price. Use phone translator."

"The hotel is located at the end of the alley and didi/taxi normally will stop at the main road. We have to walk a bit to reach the hotel. A lot of restaurants just right outside the hotel. The owner let us looked at the room first for approval before checking us in as the triple rooms will be near the elevator. But, it is quiet once you close the room door. Bed is big enough. The sink is outside from the bathroom and a little noisy when you used it while other people is still sleeping. Self service laundry is available with drying area at the top floor, which is a plus. Those staying on top floor will need to walk up the stairs from 4th floor. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a short trip."

"Room is spacious and clean, comes with breakfast buffet which is great for early travellers, location is near to bus station for attractions bus accessibility, convenient store is nearby so no worry on groceries, tianmenshan ropeways cable car is within 10mins walking distance. The only downside and improvement needed is: 1. guest laundry dryer is not working perfectly and maintenance is require. 2. Only one elevator to support hotel guests thus needs to allocate more waiting time during outing. Overall, it is still nice place to stay and I definitely will stay here again on my next visits 😊"

The hotel is well decorated, and artistic oil paintings can be seen everywhere in the lobby and corridors. The hotel environment is hygienic, the facilities and services are good, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Zhangjiajie Vienna International Hotel High-speed Railway Station Branch has an underground parking lot with sufficient parking spaces, which is convenient for travel, walking around the city, and visiting Tianmen Mountain."
