I stayed in a very good place, conveniently located near where I parked the car. The lady at reception was extremely helpful with everything I needed. The nearby forest was calm and beautiful — a perfect setting for a peaceful stay.

Great location for Tianmen Mountain cableway (~15min walk). A bit noisy at night with planes until 11pm ish due to proximity to airport. Note, we were able to leave our bags on the day we checked out so we could do the mountains (storage consisted of leaving in the main foyer but we had no issues). Perfect for people wanting to go on to Wulingyuan after doing the Tianmen Mountain. They also helped us find the bus station to get to Wulingyuan.

酒店位置好，離汽車客運站幾百米，坐大巴去西站和武陵源都方便，而且步行10分鐘左右就到天門山檢票口。樓下的早餐，品類價格合理。酒店的設施新，衞生乾淨。

洗髮水什麼的一般 但是服務很好 可以代訂門票 對於五一出行的我們來説非常有必要 入住的時候可以要求儘量離電梯遠一些的

訂的套房，連住了五天，老闆一家都特別nice，在沒去之前的電話諮詢中就給我了五一假期景點的提前預訂提醒，要不然天門山A線臨時預約不上。莓茶很好喝，配上老闆娘去山頂上打來的泉水泡喝，回味甘甜。張家界森林公園的門票在她家買也便宜不少。住在這出行很方便，馬路斜對面就是汽車中心站，到武陵源的車十分鐘一班。
