物品擺放合理，設備使用方便，其中手持花灑出水調節按鍵有待檢查轉換模式是否間斷失靈，邊桌牆面貼有旅遊及周邊介紹，早晨窗外的景觀開闊。環境衞生較好，細節問題較少，是能夠滿足對潔凈度有較高要求的人體驗。地理位置很好的，從張家界西高鐵站僅十幾分鍾車程，中間還途徑奇樓景點，有漫遊或深度遊時間的人，可以停下來先逛逛。步行幾分鐘可以到達天門山的檢票口，推薦A線索道來回，全程漫遊4-5小時，酒店、景區、張家界車務段工作人員熱情有序，很專業，與世界旅遊目的地的稱號挺相符的。早餐豐富，觀景位置極佳。

服務：酒店人員都非常熱情接待，有任何問題都及時解決，由於我們的行李較多，也盡力幫我們聯繫大車，為我們家帶來了便利和舒適，非常感謝。本次入住體驗感非常良好。
設施：房間內設備都很先進齊全，空間舒適。
衞生：非常乾淨整潔。
環境：整體居住環境非常良好，下次還有機會一定再選擇入住貴店。
（距離天門山索道走路600米的距離，非常方便，在酒店就可以看見天門山最長索道。）

We booked six rooms for one night at the hotel. Rooms are clean and location is convenient, next to the train station.

Upon entering the hotel, the WOW factor is immediately present. The decor is ultra-modern and nice. The vibe in this hotel is very good. The service is excellent. The room is spacious and very well setup. A luxurious feel and decor with careful meticulous details incorporated in the room. Had a room on the 15th floor with a view towards the mountains. The breakfast spread is plentiful and good variety. The laundry room is very organised and even has 2 dryers for shoes.
Love to stay here again.

酒店地理位置很好，步行去天門山索道很近。而且房間以為可以看到索道在城市中穿梭。周圍的餐飲店也很多，選擇性也很多。
酒店風格有點類似於服務式公寓。電視投影也很方便。網絡也很好。早餐也比較豐盛。在住的客人外籍偏多。
去機場高鐵站都能在半小時裏到達。如果下次再去張家界還是會選擇入住。

Service was really good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was also really good. Good variety. Room had a nice view. Staff was really helpful. Extended our checkout time to facilitate our travel changes. Betty and Alice from reception both helped us with our requests. Laundry facilitates are also good. Location is also ideal. Near to tianmen mountain cable car and is within city centre. Also cleaning staff was also very helpful.
