Close to the scenic area and Charming Xiangxi show, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for getting around.

The host was so nice and caring. She gave us cold water every time we entered the building The location was perfect; just 7 minutes from the parks east gate. And the room is just so cozy and traditional with drawings of the zhangjiajie mountains on it.

The owner was very nice. Hotel very clean and comfortable. If she offers you Zhangjiajie tickets, check online or on Trip.com before.

Fantastic location about 5mins walk from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park East Gate entrance. The host is superb kind, helpful, she will do everything to help you to get around Very convenient to get the bus to the Grand Canyon and also to Zhangjiajiexi station.

Hotel is highly recommended for family stay. Hotel's owner is awesome and very cooperative. She helped me with booking of attraction tickets and also gave me a detailed map of national forest park and Tianmen mountains.

The accommodation is exceptionally clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and it's very close to the East Gate of Wulingyuan. The hostel owner is incredibly warm, friendly, and especially considerate. Despite the very hot weather, the owner always prepared chilled bottled water for us, which we deeply appreciated. Furthermore, we purchased tickets for various Zhangjiajie scenic spots (Tianmen Mountain, Grand Canyon, National Forest Park, Furong Ancient Town) through the hostel owner, and the prices were even cheaper than buying online. The owner also enthusiastically helped us with various aspects of our Zhangjiajie trip, making what could have been a complicated journey much easier. I highly recommend this hostel! If you're coming to Zhangjiajie, I truly suggest staying here!

We had a really amazing time in the hotel . The owner was so friendly and helped us to plan our trip. She organized everything and was so friendly. The room was clean.

This stay exceeded all expectations! The guesthouse is a short walk from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which made getting to and from the scenic area incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's a great variety of breakfast spots, so all our meals were easily taken care of. The room was spotless, and all the toiletries and daily essentials were well-stocked, making for a very comfortable stay. The hostess was exceptionally kind and lovely. As soon as we checked in, she patiently helped us plan our daily itineraries and gave us detailed tips on how to avoid common tourist traps and overspending in the park. My glasses broke during our trip, which was a huge inconvenience, but without a second thought, the hostess rode me on her scooter to a glasses shop for repairs. I was deeply touched. Her warm and thoughtful service truly enhanced our trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Beautiful room for a great price, friendly staff and great location.

The inn is about an 8-minute walk from the landmark gate, which made it super convenient to explore routes A and B from the East Gate the next morning! The room size was okay, and you could tell the place has been around for a while. Everything else was acceptable except for the cleanliness. I was in a hurry to go sightseeing, so I didn't bother changing hotels. Cleanliness: Pretty average. There was a layer of dust on the headboard, and the duvet and pillows had stains.

This hotel is in 2 separate buildings so there are 2 landladies, sisters, who are both very welcoming, nice and helpful. There is no elevator, but they bring my luggages to the 4th floor, and when I left they also took them from the 4th floor. There are plenty of bottled water downstairs, you can take water anytime. They change towels and take trash everyday. They help you organize your staying, the order or the programs, they help you buy cheaper tickets for almost any programs in the city before you arrive to the hotel. When I got ill, one of them took me to the hospital by an electric mini motorbike, stayed with me in the hospital and helped me with the doctor. They asked me on Wechat everyday if I feel better. I couldn't go for some programs because of my illness, so they helped me get back a refund for the programs. They don't speak English but they have translator program on their phone so you can discuss anything with them. One of them has a son, he speaks a little English. On the first day when I was hungry and don't know the place, one of them took me to a restaurant by her electric mini motorbike. Even on my last day after checking out they still helped me a lot. So next time I am in Zhangjiajie, I will stay at their hotel again. I highly recommend them!!

The hotel was great! The environment was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite rich; they even gave us an extra portion, even though it usually only comes with two.

I love this hotel! Location is perfect, near everything, the lady in the reception was lovely and help me to book tickets for the national park, and I had an upgrade in the room without any charge. I really recommend it.
