We had a great experience at this hotel near the Yangjiajie entrance of the park. The facilities are quite good, with a nice common area where we really enjoyed playing billiards — a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The young woman at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. She helped us buy our park tickets, gave us a map, and explained the best routes to explore the area. Her attention made a big difference in our visit. The rooftop terrace is another highlight — it's peaceful and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, which makes it a great place to unwind. Breakfast was included, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was a delicious and authentic Chinese-style breakfast, and the ladies preparing and serving it were lovely and very attentive. Overall, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended if you're planning to visit the Zhangjiajie National Park from the Yangjiajie side.

Overall stay was okay. Walking distance to national park entrance or just take didi (Cny6)

They are very good they help you with planning, booking tickets and everything, they treat you like family, I hope you have the same experience as me, the room is comfortable, big and clean.

The stay was pleasant, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He helped me book all the tickets and gave me an itinerary and explained how to explore Zhangjiajie. I'm very happy with my stay. My room was clean too and spacious.

So, at the beginning we were a bit annoyed with pushy attitude of management about buying tickets form them. And we bought one just to cooling them down)) (although it was a bit more expensive then on trip.com) and the room was different from the picture, so I was a bit disappointed. But overall I enjoyed our stay, we stayed almost a week, but regret didn't stay longer. The room had balcony with hills and garden view, so you can enjoy birds singing and fresh air. And nice view on the roof. Very peaceful (but if you'll have noisy neighbors, could be a problem, cuz room don't have any soundproofing). The breakfast was disappointing (servings style something like military -hospital kind, I don't know how to call it, but you have to stay in the queue to get your portion of noodles and one egg and one yogurt (if you're lucky)... So, I think it would be better don't have any breakfast and drop the price for the room a bit. You can grab many options outside... But anyway it was good place to stay, just need some minor improvement

Hotel close to the Zhangjiajei national park with breakfast included and great view on the terrace!

Great location at 20 min walking from the Zhangjiajie national park, 40 min by car from the glass bridge and 40 min by car from Tianmen Mountain. The building is older than the pictures and the walls are very thin. Cleanliness is not at standards. The service is great! The owners were very helpful in booking park tickets, taxis and giving great advice. Our pillows were not 100% clean and the owner rapidly changed them, very much appreciated! Breakfast is a bit poor but the noodles are probably among the best noodles we ate in a 2 week trip in China. The view from the breakfast terrace is breathtaking!

Amazing stay. The host was very helpful and provided us with routes in the national park according to our needs. Room was clean and silent, and the breakfast was delicious Chinese Noodle soup.

Amazing staying!! Location is great, walking distance to the entrance in National Park. The view on the terrace is incredible to the mountains. But the most important thing was that the staff is very helpfu and friendly. They gave me tips for how to organize the activities and they even booked a taxi for me for 3 a.m. The staff is the main reason why I recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for us. We had a lovely big room with comfy beds and a beautiful balcony with view onto the mountains. Breakfast on the 5th floor also had a great view. Slightly limited breakfast - had noodles, porridge and some bread buns, but yummy and good enough for us. The staff at the front desk were the highlight of this trip - so so helpful and couldn’t do enough. Gave us a full three day itinerary to suit our needs, bought tickets for us at discounted rate, told us how to get the buses, and even gave us a kit to soak our feet after a long day! So lovely and made the whole trip wonderful.

The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The inn is a few minutes from the east gate of the forest park with Didi. We loved having breakfast with the beautiful view. The live show recommended by this inn was amazing, we're glad we went there!

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. The receptionist helped us book entrance tickets and gave us great suggestions for the forest park and the journey in Zhangjiajie. I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by the A'yi s with an amazing view. Our room and balcony had a view towards the garden where we could rest and enjoy the traditional farming and gardening views.

Very friendly owner and nice location (only 5 minutes away from the east entrance of the national forest park by car. Furthermore the owner gave us very useful tips on how to plan our route and also a map of the forest. The rooms were big and clean and we had a nice view of the mountains. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
