The entire guesthouse was spotlessly clean, with simple yet cozy decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the surroundings were very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is superb, very close to scenic spots, saving time and effort for sightseeing. The owner was exceptionally warm and attentive, patiently answering all our questions about local attractions and even providing insider tips on lesser-known spots, helping us avoid tourist traps. The common areas were tidy and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and chatting. The guesthouse also has a restaurant where we enjoyed lunch and dinner, tasting some wonderful Hunan specialty dishes. Overall, it offers great value for money, and our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I'll definitely choose this guesthouse first next time I'm in this city!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The guesthouse is in a prime location, right at the entrance to Tianmen Mountain. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and it had excellent ventilation and natural light. The overall decor was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home and completely relaxed. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to patiently help with any issues, providing truly thoughtful and detailed service. Breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. Overall, it offered great value for money and certainly didn't disappoint. If I visit Zhangjiajie again, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse, and I sincerely recommend it to any friends planning a trip here.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly comfortable. The beds were soft and clean, and the room itself was spacious. When we checked in, the front desk attendant had already turned on the AC in our room, which was a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast was free and the portions were generous. The owner not only helped us with our luggage both ways and gave us detailed travel plans, but even drove us to Tianmen Mountain. We were truly touched by their kindness. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Extremely satisfied! The service was impeccable, truly exceptional. All the staff members were wonderful and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The complimentary shuttle service was a thoughtful touch. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making it well worth a stay. Plus, you can see Tianmen Mountain right outside the door!

The environment is excellent. The round-trip shuttle service to Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area is very well-organized, saving money, effort, and worry.

I just felt that some of the facilities in the room, like the sofa, were a bit old and had stains that couldn't be washed off.
