Very helpful and kind hotel staff and owner who even helped to drop us at the park gate entrance. Highly recommend!

The Hotel has a different name. My room looked out to a street under construction with derelict buildings, so not very pleasant view at all. The room otherwise was big, clean and spacious with slippers, robes, mini fridge, kettle etc. The staff were Amazing!! Although they didn’t speak any English we managed to communicate via WeChat. They helped me with entry tickets to the scenic spots and checked on me via WeChat throughout the day to see how I was going. The only negative I would like to say is that the breakfast has no western choices at all, not even a toast or coffee. Being a vegetarian my options were zero. The young girl at the reception surprised me with a trip to the bakery and returned with croissant and bread (which they did throughout my 3 day stay) ☺️

Good location, close to Zhanghjiajie national park, grand canyon, glass bridge, cave etc. We were upgraded for free. The people at the counter were extremely helpful, especially the lady, helped us map out our trips. Not fluent in English tho. Room was good for the amount you pay.

Tastefully furnished and homely. Good breakfast spread. Friendly courteous and helpful reception and support staff members. Great value.

We would like to stay close to the national park and also experience local style living. The hotel was chosen and we were very happy with it. It is clean and spacious. The owner was very warm and welcoming. She turned on the heater for us every day before our return and said good night every night. Every morning she made delicious breakfast. We felt home while staying there. If you are traveler who can do away with luxury and amenities, I would highly recommend this one.

Hotel service was superb! I would give it a 11/10. Those planning a trip to Zhang Jia Jie, Tianmen Mountain or the Grand Canyon can ask the hotel staffs for advice. They kindly drew the whole route for us to navigate. This made our trip much more efficient due to their expertise. Breakfast in the morning was cooked fresh & hot + they accomodated to the timing we wish to leave the hotel. Laundry services was excellent, the staffs made sure our clothes was dry as we enjoyed our tour around Zhang Jia Jie!

Great place to stay, wonderful friendly helpful staff, 15 minute walk to the park and 3 minutes to most of the food in ZJJ

The room is clean and tidy, very warm. The guy at the front desk has a good attitude. He helped to call a taxi, recommended a delicious restaurant (I have eaten at other restaurants, and this one is indeed the most delicious). He also helped us fix our suitcases. The breakfast is also delicious, especially the wontons cooked by the auntie, which are super delicious. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this place again next time! 😃😃

The location is excellent, the surrounding life is rich, and it is very convenient to go to and from scenic spots and food supermarkets. The B&B is clean and the service is warm. It not only meets the basic requirements of a high-quality hotel for quietness and hygiene, but also provides multiple travel suggestions in a timely manner, which is very friendly to individual tourists.

A beautiful and cozy hotel, everything you need is provided as usual, most likely you will book it for a trip to the park, you will have to take a taxi, but in this city it is very cheap. The room is very beautiful, there is both a bath and a shower. Not far from the hotel, literally almost the next street, is a street with food establishments, you can find something to suit your taste.
