Really liked the place !!! Location was very on point, easy for getting around. My family of 6 enjoyed our comfortable 3 day stay, it provided washing machine, wide space and a good location which was perfect for our itinerary. The staff is really friendly, she tried from the heart to help us with everything
Recommend watching Avatar on the big screen for boosting up some mood for the ZJJ scenery ~

Really nice place by the bus station and close to the cable car entrance. You need to walk some minutes to get to the city. The room is all new and very comfortable

The service was excellent. We were helped to book the Natural Park entrance, given helpful recommendations and overall guided when we needed guidance.
One of the beds was excellent. The bunk beds were really stiff for our Spanish taste, but otherwise big and decent.
Everything was clean and every time we came back everything was neat again.
Would 10/10 recommend.

We had a super great stay in Zhangjajie and the room was just amazing. We had the green round bed room and it was so beautifully designed 😍 there even was a washing machine in the bathroom, so we could wash our laundry. Only downside that the bed had some kind of a wooden plank in the middle, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
The lady at the reception was super friendly and spoke great English. She helped us with everything!

Room is big and location is within walking distance to Tianmen Mountain cable station with many restaurants nearby even below the block. Food is cheap and nice. Amenities are all provided, even washing machine and projection TV. Staff is very helpful with queries. Only complaint is probably the room needed some time to heat up (I went in Dec)

It’s near the Tiaman mountain. Many restaurants nearby. The front desk is always available and supportive. Kind and friendly girl. Definitely worth to stay there.

The nicest hotel we've stayed at in China so far! The room has everything you can want - comfy bed, great shower, projector, sofa, combined washer/dryer, drinking water machine. We loved it! Plus the owner is the nicest person who helped us so much! We wish we could have stayed longer! Plus Tianmen Mountain was incredible!
