We arrived quite late and departed early, but the host was incredibly thoughtful, letting us store our luggage and pick it up after our evening plans. We were extremely satisfied with our stay – the place was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. A real bonus was having a washing machine in every room. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a convenience store is located right downstairs. The Tianmen Mountain cable car station is only about a ten-minute walk away, just a few streets over. You'll pass several rice noodle shops on the way, perfect for a quick breakfast. Highly recommended!

__WeChat297331****An absolutely wonderful experience! I genuinely recommend it wholeheartedly!!! 🥳 The room was even better than the pictures on Ctrip, and the facilities are brand new. The smart home system is a godsend for lazy people! Both the bathtub and the toilet were thoughtfully equipped with disposable items, and anything we needed was promptly addressed and provided. I'm prone to hives, so I rarely choose B&Bs because bringing my own sheets and duvet covers is such a hassle 😭 I brought them this time too, but didn't need to use them – the bedding was excellent, on par with high-end hotels. The landlady was incredibly kind and thoughtfully helped us plan an efficient itinerary; we had such a great and quick trip in just three days. The breakfast was also delicious, and it's very close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There are plenty of restaurants and snack streets nearby. I'd love to give it 100 stars! ✨ Hahaha, I'll definitely be back for a second visit!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Xifuwan Resort Hotel, a family-run gem that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The owner is incredibly friendly—always smiling, helpful, and genuinely invested in making guests feel at home.
She went above and beyond to guide us through our trip, offering insider tips on exploring the town and navigating Zhangjiajie Mountain. Thanks to her advice, we had a smooth and memorable experience hiking and sightseeing. She even recommended great local places to eat, which added a delicious layer to our stay.
🏡 The hotel itself is beautiful—new, spotlessly clean, and very safe. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable: it's walkable to the entrance gate to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. That convenience made our daily outings so much easier.
💖 What stood out most was the genuine hospitality from the entire family. You can feel the care and pride they put into running the hotel, and it makes a big difference. For the price, it’s an incredible value—perfect for travelers who want comfort, kindness, and proximity to nature.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing 5D4N stay at Foggy Valley for our ZZJ trip. They have, in our opinion, the best location to enjoy good air & and the best sceneries day and night. Highly highly recommend 👌 The place is so serene. The room is so comfortable - all room amenities available. They even have softdrinks, snacks, and tea daily in the room. Bedroom slippers are those quality ones. They offer so so much. Try the local zzj wine and beer available at their cafeteria. Good spread of breakfast, too.
With all that said, the people and staff working at Foggy Valley are the essence of this place. Every one of them were thoughtful, dedicated, and hospitable, literally everyone. They made us feel so at ease throughout the stay. As i was very confuse about the tickets to the attractions, they helped us make the purchase, settled the complicated entrance booking every single day and keep up with us daily to make sure we are enjoying ourselves and offer any help they can. We are soooo thankful they made our experience 100% hassle free, very peaceful, very happy. We will definitely stay with them again if we come to zzj and recommend to all our families & friends.

GGuest UserJust completed our 4-day, 3-night trip to the magnificent Zhangjiajie, staying at the equally—if not more—beautiful and serene Zhangjiajie Celestial Valley Minsu. Without the crowds, this place truly feels like a hidden gem. Of all the accommodations we stayed at during our first trip to China, Celestial Valley felt more like a home, nestled in a location with out-of-this-world scenery.
After spending a full day in the bustling Zhangjiajie National Park, returning here to enjoy an outdoor dinner with breathtaking views—followed by a “celestial wonder” of millions of stars—was an unbelievably magnificent experience.
From our 4 days with driver Mr. 孫, to the warm hospitality of front desk staff 小蔣 and 小范, and the kind assistance of 小鄭, everyone treated us like family. They arranged every detail of our trip, ensuring we made the most of our short stay in Zhangjiajie. From booking tickets in advance (so we didn’t have to fight the crowds), to planning our meals, and providing detailed information about the best spots in the National Park, Grand Canyon, and Tianmen Mountain, we felt utterly pampered. Leaving Zhangjiajie—and especially our “new family”—was the hardest part.
Our spacious, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean room offered a magnificent panoramic view of the gorgeous mountains. Outside, there were plenty of seating areas to enjoy their organic farms, vibrant flowers, and blossoming trees. Oh, and I must mention the cutest dogs and cats who greeted us daily—they added such charm to our stay! It was so hard to leave, and we’re already counting the days until we can return. Next time, we’ll stay longer—please save our room for us!

MM26653****The room was very spacious, with modern facilities and well-equipped amenities, including slippers and toothbrushes for children – the toothbrushes were especially cute and my child loved them. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and upgraded our room. In the evening, they even offered porridge and various other items like foot-soaking tubs. The location is convenient, situated above the Zhongshang Mall. It's just a taxi's starting fare to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs. The hotel breakfast's noodles were delicious.

GGuest UserLoved this hotel and would highly recommend! The room was clean, well stocked with amenities (towels, bathroom accessories, bathrobes etc). Bed was comfy and room was spacious. The shower had a waterfall shower head and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good with many options for both chinese and western style food. The service here was amazing! Mei at the front desk helped us to plan out itinerary for Zhanjiajie forest park, with our day planned and mapped out, even including the estimated time we would spend in each area of the park and our bus routes within to maximize our experience. She booked our tickets and park reservations. This was extremely helpful as we do not speak Mandarin and found the park very confusing on our own. They also provide free transport to and from East gate and drop off pick up to the pedestrian street restaurants and local sightseeing.. The hotel is also located right next to Baofen Lake scenic park. Our experience in Zhangjiajie was amazing thanks to the fabulous service this hotel offers.

XXYHJNThe room was spotless. The location is excellent, just a short taxi ride from the scenic area entrance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. A charming little stream runs right by the entrance, offering beautiful scenery, and you can even go down for a paddle. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of their way to thoroughly explain tips for exploring the scenic area. There's also a third-floor terrace, perfect for drying clothes, which offers fantastic views. This is a truly honest review – we had an absolutely wonderful time!

MM469552****Exceeded my expectations, a truly satisfying stay! 👍 The front desk staff, especially the lady, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. We even received complimentary fresh fruit upon check-in, and the oranges were so sweet.
#Location: It's very close to the iconic gate, just a leisurely 15-minute walk, so no need for a taxi at all.
#Cleanliness: I can't praise this enough – it was spotless! Even my mom, who's very particular, was impressed, hahaha. The floors, tables, and bathroom were all impeccably clean, with no strange odors!
#Facilities: The separate toilet, shower, and sink are a fantastic touch. Since there were three of us, we didn't have to fight over the bathroom. The tatami design is also a big plus.
#Breakfast: The food selection was extensive and quite delicious. The best part is that we had an early park entry at 8 AM, so we needed to eat breakfast early. The hotel started serving well before 7 AM.
#Shuttle Service: They offer one complimentary shuttle service, and the driver was also very friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up! 👍
PS: If you're wondering where to eat, check out a nearby restaurant called Yehua Xiang. Their 3-person set meal on Dianping (a local review app) had no misses, everything was delicious!

AAD3KI love Miss Inn! The hotel is cosy and comfortable and conveniently located on Wuling Road. I believe the rooms have themes. The host kindly helped carry my bag up. My room faced Wuling Road but it wasn’t that noisy. The host is very kind and patient and he helped explain and advise the route to take in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The East Gate to the Park is only a 12-minute walk from the hotel and the bus station is also within a 7-minute walk. There is also a resident kitty. When I booked, I didn’t know there’s a halal restaurant only two doors away (with sign in green) - what a bonus!
