Zhangjiakou Xiahuayuan Railway Station Hotels
Hotel room was very clean, but the daily housekeeping does not include vacuuming and making the bed. The housekeepers ignored my do not disturb sign and kept knocking on our door to rush in to change our towels in the morning before we went out to ski. Everything about the hotel is ok except for the housekeeping which can be improved with more thorough cleaning daily. They are nice enough the provide us with many bottled water so we didn't have to buy. Breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about, but comforting to last for ski days. We got assigned tower A which is less convenient that Tower B. Walking distance to Thaiwoo town, where you can find nice bubble tea and some restaurants.

GGuest UserValue for money accomodation. Very clean by a singaporean's standard
Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

The breakfast is very comfortable. There is haggis soup and freshly ground soy milk. It is healthy and hygienic. The room hygiene details are very clean. The service staff They are all very friendly. They poured hot tea when you entered. There are many books in the lobby of the hotel. There is also a laundry room in the restaurant. The laundry room is fully functional and can be used for washing and drying. It also has a garment steamer. The laundry products are also very professional. The hotel has a robot. , can deliver takeaways, very convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there are many restaurants nearby. You can’t go wrong choosing Atour when you come to Zhangjiakou. The service is very good, with a smile!

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices!
Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service.
We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location!
A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

The hotel can have breakfast, 98 yuan per person. In fact, it is more cost-effective to buy meals from the supermarket in advance and eat them in the room.

On the first night when our family of five stayed in the hotel, she took the initiative to ask about our needs and reminded us to wear thick clothes as the weather was getting colder. She was very considerate! She met our needs one by one, upgraded the room type, delayed check-out, sent breakfast for the children, sent welcome fruit plates, and provided information about nearby food! Our family is very satisfied and thankful to the beautiful lady Yaru. The hotel has such good employees, which greatly improves the satisfaction with the hotel. It is recommended that the hotel leaders pay more attention to the development of good employees. We will still look for Yaru for booking in the future! Recommended to everyone, look for beautiful ladies to book rooms!

SSoloTravelAnnaI stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.

Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!
