酒店服務很好，入住當天衣服因爬山都臟了，酒店大堂貼心提醒有洗衣房及烘乾服務，當時覺得有這樣貼心的服務提醒真好。走的時候太急，耳環弄丟了，前台小姐姐耐心幫我尋找，郵寄給我，讓我的耳環失而復得。下次還會再住iu酒店，服務棒棒的。

在昭平來説，對於這個價格的酒店屬於高價，但是對於這個價格所給到的服務，我覺得並沒有達到我心中所想要的，然後早上旁邊打掃衞生的客房，服務員聲音也比較大，影響到了我正常的睡覺時間，因為我平時睡覺比較晚，所以上午是需要一個比較安靜的環境睡覺
