房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，前台服務熱情貼心，一到前台就有一杯茶水還送了小甜品，前台還有附近出行的手冊，我們這種外地過來的可以説非常貼心了酒店停車場還有充電樁可以使用，非常方便不用到處找充電樁，睡一覺起來電也充好了

酒店服務的超級好，一進門就問號倒水太貼心了，辦理時會細心詢問，而且非常體貼，行李拿不下還會主動幫忙送到房間、其次酒店衞生真的非常乾淨，平時比較挑剔也沒發現什麼問題，就連角落的衞生死角都清理的乾乾淨淨，酒店隔音也很不好一晚上睡得很舒服，基本上聽不得任何雜音、贈送的早餐出奇的豐富，很好吃，非常棒。

出差經常住維也納，來昭通這家維也納國際5.0新版酒店，總體感覺很不錯，進入大廳感覺非常的豪華，前台有禮貌的跟你打招呼，給你遞上一杯熱飲，非常温馨，進入房間，房間很大，床很舒服，衞生乾淨，總體不錯，不愧是維也納國際5.0新版的，第二天早餐品種多，牛奶，雞蛋，麪包，主食，菜品，水果，便宜，優惠，下次還會來，值得推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

衞生不到位，特別是衞生間裏很多頭髮，門上面是頭髮臉盆裏也是頭髮，外面的小賓館都做不到讓顧客一進門就看到衞生間洗臉盆裏一大撮頭髮，這真的是維也納的衞生水準嗎？
