酒店應該是鳳凰古鎮條件最好的，新酒店起點很高，設施都比較超前，一共八層有電梯，布草都是自己在洗，算是私人酒店中的佼佼者，位置就在古鎮入口，停車方便。但是服務就有些差強人意，我訂的特惠房，首先沒有標明衞生間在室外，圖片也不真實，到店後一直質疑我在哪訂的，因為特惠房早已下架，但我的訂單確實已經確認，而且當場查看依然可訂。我下午到店由於房間沒有收拾出來讓我等了一個小時，通知我可入住帶我去的是一個需要補差價的標間，告訴我原先訂的特惠房已作為倉庫若要入住現在才開始收拾，後來我向**，平台給瞭解決方案，補了差價住了標間，才發現這是個最差的標間沒有桌子，又協商換了有桌子的標間，整個下來感覺不停地在溝通，很累。我想説的是，貸款開酒店的確不易，但請眼光放遠些，再大度一些，多贏得些口碑，生意才會越來越好，良性發展，祝酒店更紅火，更興隆！
