Well deserved negative review, it was said to be a five-person room, but in reality there were only four beds. There were a total of two bath towels in the five-person room. I went downstairs to ask for bath towels, and it took 20 minutes to deliver them. Why did I ask for bath towels after I finished taking a bath? The toilet in the bathroom leaked, and the shelves in the bathroom were all broken, so the shampoo and shower gel had to be thrown on the floor. If you didn’t call 12315 to complain, you’d be completely benevolent.
