The location is very good, 3 mins walk to Gongbei Port, lots of eating places near the restaurant. The room itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and modern. Staff are friendly in general, but I have to say the hospitality is something that can be worked on a bit for this hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels in the area, I was indeed a bit taken aback by the less-than-warming hospitality here. Breakfast buffet is certainly satisfying with its variety and taste.

Check-in 03 Sept 2023 | Standard King Room I chose a hotel in Zhuhai for my wife anniversary, but it rained heavily when we arrived in Zhuhai. Fortunately, the hotel is very close to Zhuhai Station. The guest relations director, Kelvin, has a very good service attitude. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with a jewelry box, a cosmetic mirror, and a sewing kit Waiting for unexpected equipment, I didn’t have it when I stayed in other five-star hotels before. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. If the gym is not used, I just go to the swimming pool to play. The size of the swimming pool is sufficient, and the water in the pool is also very clean. I feel that I can still see the sea when I look out , it is very beautiful! Order takeaway at night and you can have a robot to help you. Overall, the stay is very comfortable. I will come again next time~

This hotel apartment is ok, so close to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, you can walk. The landscape upstairs can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, a good place to punch in, the landscape is nothing to say, first-class. The apartment is new and the supporting facilities will not be complete, but it is convenient to have a car. You can go to Gongbei after crossing the bridge. Jida has little impact. It is perfect to stay away from the noise and enjoy the peace. The weather in Zhuhai is really good, the air is really good.

Two rooms were set at a time, the room equipment bedding was very new, and the sheets were useless once. I want to thank the handsome staff most, I am a person with two elderly, two children, handsome guys take care of a lot, help us solve one by one difficulties. We are at the port to stay and go to Hong Kong for free, handsome guy Tell the path from the hotel to the port, five minutes to the port entrance. Helped us store our luggage, avoided us carrying large bags to travel, can meet such enthusiastic people on the trip, really lucky, thank the handsome guy for his help, really thank you, good people live a safe life!

The view is first-class, the appliances, rooms and bathrooms are all very new and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. However, perhaps due to the new decoration and the construction nearby, the floor of the room and the cotton sheets are a bit dusty. Cleaners cleaned the room the next day. Just feel good.
