I would like to thank all staff of Pullman Zhuhai for their kindness and hospitality. especially Mandy, always thoughtful ,attentive, and caring, ,. (she is a valuable asset to the hotel), and also thanks for the cleaning lady for taking care of us during every stay, very clean room, and she is always sweet. very good stay again, feel like home, we stayed for 2 nights too last week, and again this week, we had good sleep. quite, cosy and comfortable room. great breakfast, good food and environment, n friendly staffs. we had a bit of problem of insufficient air con yesterday, the maintenance staff came right away to fix it , very attentive, problem solved, , till this morning, the aircon became weak again , the hotel let us change our room to the room next to us. Im very impressed and grateful of the thoughtfulness of the staffs to save us hazzle of moving to another room, we simply just move our stuffs to next room, wth help of housekeeping. again, thanks for taking care of us, great hospitality and attention to details. we appreciate. :-) I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends and collegues.

It was a fantastic weekend and the manager Jerry was very helpful. He helped arrange a connecting room and upgraded our rooms to river view. He also arranged a birthday cake for my wife. A very clean and good service hotel. However, the buffet closes very early (21:00) guess we will have to come again before we can try next time.

We love the idea that this hotel is connected to a huge indoor park, hence we booked the biggest room 1774 for parents and kids, which was said to be 70sqm. However, when entering the room, we found the room is too small, looks more like a 35-40sqm. Then we walked to the balcony and that's explained, the balcony was quite big, surrounding the whole area; however, it's completely filthy & moldy, covered with thick layer of dust, seems like nobody ever vacuum or mop it. I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the electric sofa, guess what I found? 2 big pieces of food on a stained carpet. There's something looked so disgusting 🤢 on the drainage in the bathroom that I didn't dare to take a close photo. The toilet seat is crooked. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, good location. Plus point: can watch fireworks to the fullest from the balcony. Honestly speaking, we did have good time despite the unhygienic room. Hopefully this poor hygiene was just due to overwhelming peak season.

It is convenient because the hotel facilities are very clean and close to the shopping mall. The indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were well managed, so had a good time with my family.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Zhuhai for the first time, and it truly was a memorable experience. From the moment I checked in, Gavin at the front desk greeted me with a big welcoming smile and exceptional friendliness. He went above and beyond by upgrading us to a seaview room in celebration of my birthday, which made the stay even more special. Gavin’s helpfulness and warm attitude made a lasting impression. I really enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. It was a perfect place to relax, and I felt very cared for throughout my stay. I’m already looking forward to returning soon, especially when my mom’s birthday in August. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so delightful!

They took care of us like we were royalty ✨🏰 My friend and I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Zhuhai and what a great hotel it was!!! The breakfast staff , both female and male managers were so attentive. On the first day we couldn't get a window table but for the rest of the stay - even without asking they made sure we had a view of the Zhuhai Macau bridge!!!🩷🙏🏾🩷 Front desk staff helped us with smile. It was really such a pleasure being in that hotel. Food - 👍🏾💯 and a variety of cuisines to cater to both local and international travellers. Thank you for an awesome stay 💕

We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb. They arranged a car to bring us back to the border. Overal a very nice stay with special thanks to staff and SunnykI

Pros 1. Luxury treatment (Good services after check-in) 2. Professional arrangement (after Check-in & Check-out) 3. Front desk quick response & availability to deliver request (Room call) 4. Well mannered staff with warm welcome Cons 1. Unacceptable delayed check-in (3 hours waiting) 2. Afternoon tea boring menu. Nothing special at high price. Mediocre food that not match the price. 3. No courtesy. Tea time bills should be treated by hotel (we are waiting for the room at the table as we have no where to go.) 4. Morning Breakfast variety need improvement especially the Asian corner, taste bad in China is unacceptable specifically the noodles soup taste terribly bland. 5. Morning Breakfast consumption not enough to cater with the numbers of customers. Session end at 11:00am but at 10:00am many variety left empty. 6. Windows glass need cleaning due to dirt blurry view (Hotel Room Suite with a view of the harbor). 7. Serious improvement needed for the hi-tea sets, lost my appetite looking at the cookies and cakes decorated with a tray of fake grass, look gross. Majority of the items on the plate taste cold and bland being left over unfinished. Overpriced ridiculous portion of truffle fries with little to no truffle at all, rely on tomatoes sauces and sour cream from other plates. TWG tea should be served FREE because taste like tap water, the tea bag is dated and tasteless maybe expired. Coffee beans need to upgrade for its price my expectation it should be better than Luckin coffee. 8. Certain area of the hotel suite is a little dated and need replacement especially the bathroom mirrors that looked oxidized as if fungus is living in it. 9. Please replace the rain shower hose, it’s dated and not function properly. Conclusions There is nothing really wrong with the hotel, it’s the food menu need to change and the hotel room take note on the small details as we paid hefty price a night. Workforce management needs to pay attention, why would you need 3 hours to prepare a room? You kill tourist day and time that you can’t undo. Customer is paying for the luxury, we don’t pay to hear how sorry from St.Regis staff that failed to deliver. We are not here to listen to your problems.

Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin was excellent. The package we booked includes breakfast buffet, unlimited access to the Ocean Kingdom for two days, 1 night with 1-way yacht ride to or from the hotel. It also includes Chimelong show ticket for two. We booked this hotel for my birthday and it was a really great stay. We booked the Starlight room for us to see the fireworks display at night from our room. It was wonderful and the fireworkds display lasted for fifteen minutes. We had an excellent time. The only downside was that the frontdesk can’t speak English really well so she weren’t able to answer our questions regarding ocean kingdom passes, show schedule, etc. She didn’t give us an Ocean Kingdom map together with the tickets so we wasted a lot of time finding out the show schedule on our own. The assigned reception lady failed to direct us to go to the hotel lounge where our complimentary refreshments await. We learned about it only after we checked out by staying there while waiting for our car pick-up. There are two wings in the hotel: Seahorse and Dolphin. For the breakfast, we were informed to go to seahorse wing but our buffet is called “Dolphin Buffet”. We had to go back to the main lobby to ask where to go exactly.🤣🤣 Travel tips for foreigners visiting this hotel: Always have your translator app ready. Do your research and read other reviews thoroughly to know how to get around. The hotel itself is so huge. Going from one place to another takes some time. From 9-10am, the buffet area is packed and sometimes you are to be on queue for noodles, changfan, waffles and some others. Have breakfast early.😇

However, upon returning to the hotel at 12:00 PM after visiting Jingshan Park, I was drenched in sweat and regretted having checked out early. I approached the front desk to inquire about using my former room for a quick shower. Ms. Winne Chen, the Calling Center Manager, immediately took ownership of the request. - She proactively checked room availability in real time, demonstrating seamless coordination with the housekeeping team. - Rather than adhering rigidly to standard procedures, she prioritized guest comfort by facilitating temporary access to the room and personally ensuring clear communication between myself and the housekeeping staff. This level of initiative and flexibility embodies Marriott’s commitment to “putting guests first.” ★ Meticulous Attention to Detail & Service Excellence Shortly after, Mr. Duan Zhu Feng from Housekeeping went above and beyond. - Upon learning of my request, he volunteered to thoroughly clean the bathroom in room 1815, despite it already being prepared for the next guest. - His dedication to ensuring a spotless, fresh environment—*even for a temporary use—*reflected a deep understanding of guest expectations. ★ Such meticulousness not only enhanced my experience but also reinforced the Marriott brand’s reputation for flawless execution. ★ Collective Teamwork & Brand Representation What impressed me most was not just the individual acts of service, but how Winne and Zhufeng exemplified a cohesive team culture: - Winne’s leadership in navigating operational logistics. - Duan Zhu Feng’s willingness to exceed routine duties. - The seamless handoff between departments, which ensured my needs were met efficiently and with warmth. ★ This collaboration underscores the strength of your training and the “one Marriott” spirit.
