The location is very good, 3 mins walk to Gongbei Port, lots of eating places near the restaurant. The room itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and modern. Staff are friendly in general, but I have to say the hospitality is something that can be worked on a bit for this hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels in the area, I was indeed a bit taken aback by the less-than-warming hospitality here. Breakfast buffet is certainly satisfying with its variety and taste.

Check-in 03 Sept 2023 | Standard King Room I chose a hotel in Zhuhai for my wife anniversary, but it rained heavily when we arrived in Zhuhai. Fortunately, the hotel is very close to Zhuhai Station. The guest relations director, Kelvin, has a very good service attitude. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with a jewelry box, a cosmetic mirror, and a sewing kit Waiting for unexpected equipment, I didn’t have it when I stayed in other five-star hotels before. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. If the gym is not used, I just go to the swimming pool to play. The size of the swimming pool is sufficient, and the water in the pool is also very clean. I feel that I can still see the sea when I look out , it is very beautiful! Order takeaway at night and you can have a robot to help you. Overall, the stay is very comfortable. I will come again next time~

The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !

They enthusiastically respond to and solve problems when encountering them. They greet guests warmly when they meet them. This was a perfect stay! The mattress is also very comfortable, so adults can sleep comfortably and children can play happily. This is a great choice for a family trip. There is also a children's playground on the 6th floor.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

We’ve stayed in this hotel quite many times (both hotel & apartment building). Somehow it was very noisy this time due to the construction site in the same area. I suggest to book rooms in the main hotel building not the apartment as those have better room conditions. Main building rooms : cleaner carpet and better furniture equipment than the apartment rooms. Better water (shower) pressure. Apartment rooms : spacious but weak shower, no make-up mirror, old furniture, no suitcase shelf and no bidet.

Locations of the Hotel is very convenient... 5min car trip to Gongbei port/Highspeed train.. Staff speed good English and can communicate well in English. I have my 1st night Hotel stay with no aircon due to weather sudden increase to 20 degree... She immediately proposal to change a room with east facing, so that it will not be hot at night.. and i got partial seaview room upgrade.. Nearby got supermarket and a lot of food options within 5 min walking. I will come back and stay with Hamption Hilton on my next trip

The hotel room is fairly big for the price we pay. It is clean and the fixtures inside are in good condition. The hotel front desk staff are happy and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price charged. There are many different food (vegetable, dim sum, noodle, fried rice etc) to select from. Its location is good. It is close to the control point with Macau. It is also very close to the HK, Zhu Hai & Macau Bridge control point. Overall, we have a very happy stay at the hotel.

The hotel I stayed in early in the morning just leaked in the lobby. The staff may have gone to the inspection room and didn't notice that there are guests in the lobby downstairs? The lobby waited for about 40 minutes for the little brother to come down to deal with other things. It happened to be raining again and it was very embarrassing. A lot of people next to it don't know if it is a staff or what to do. I don't know who to look for. Later, I called Ctrip's customer service butler and dealt with it quickly. I really praise it! The room downstairs is not bad and clean, better than expected. It is work efficiency and service that needs to be improved!

This hotel is very modern and the lobby is on the 11F. It is very convenient to Zhuhai Railway Station and not far to the sea. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The washer/dryer on the 10F was very convenient and it was free with laundry detergent. Would be nice to have another washer/dryer so people don't need to wait for just the one, but can't complain. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay here next time I'm in Zhuhai.

I highly recommend this store. You can take the airport bus to Zhuhai Airport. It is also very close to the car place. It can be reached on foot and very close to the past. Convenient transportation can save a lot of time and money. In short, this hotel is very very satisfied. I rarely have such a satisfactory hotel and can evaluate five points. Really recommended!!
