當地最好的酒店，精品套房面積挺大，格局也舒服，就是設備太陳舊。服務離大酒店還有很大差距，也無行李生。整個酒店的工作人員都非常冷漠，有毆打事件都沒人報警。

遵化的接待水平有限。這算遵化最好的，這是第三次入住這裏。中間也換過兩家新開的商務酒店，住過以後還是感覺這家是最舒服的。雖然開了有幾年了有點不新了，但是這家房間大。衞生間大。床軟硬適中。睡着比較舒服。開房的時候要求開的樓層高一點。沒有蚊子，早餐是在二十六樓。視野開闊。

性價比很高，雖然是老牌酒店，但是對於舉辦會議來説，還是很友好的。停車位充足方便客户停車。還有以淮揚菜主打的中餐廳，房間裏還是天然温泉。主要是會場LED屏幕免費，預算低的朋友可以優先考慮。總之，整體體驗下來，吃住都很舒服。服務到位

主要吐槽停車場，200個房間70個停車位，但也不該大晚上10點的讓已經辦了入住的客人去旁邊酒店看看有沒有地方停車吧，並且大門口附近有很多空地方，都可以在不妨礙別的車通過的情況下酌情安排客人車輛吧，停車場保安大叔就非得要求停在固定車位線裏，簡直不知道該説盡忠職守還是死腦筋了。有圖有真相啊（見圖），還有酒店金碧輝煌的上坡大門口一側，都可以停車的呀。
去年十一去了河北滄州金獅國際和南湖温泉酒店，都是五星級酒店，也是晚到，都很為客人着想的指揮儘快停車。就這家，真沒誰了。最後我們衹好停在停車場外的人行道旁了，大晚上帶着孩子，讓去旁邊酒店問問能否停車？？！從來沒有遇到過！
除此之外都滿意，前台服務到客房，房間也很大，不過床墊比較一般，2.2米大床是兩張單人床拼成的，如果帶孩子入住的一家三口，睡中間的會很不舒服。
早餐也可以的，有現炸油餅，前台小姐姐還贈送了小童早餐，非常感謝了！
五一期間房價也才200多，真是入住性價比最高的酒店了。除了停車費勁外，其他都很滿意！

早餐廳服務很好，小小縣城已經是盡最大努力了。我們起床比較晚，結果已經閉餐了。服務員見我孩子來的，又給單獨做了一些，拿了好多吃的，這點必須要給點贊👍早餐是在26層-雲端餐廳，可以邊用餐邊欣賞縣城的美景，總體來説這次體驗不錯，可以説吃得好睡得好，還可以泡温泉澡。值得信賴，給個五分好評吧！

親子房硬件很棒，孩子挺喜歡的。房間比較大，雖然衹是一張床，但是一家三口睡的很舒服，2.2m的超大床。浴缸裏有小朋友玩的小玩具，温泉水泡完後皮膚很光滑，客房阿姨給套了一次性浴缸膜，比較貼心。

酒店在遵化市裡，是標誌性建築，餐廳在26層,視野很好，服務員態度很好，又給送了飲用水和一次性浴缸套，温泉水温度適中。唯一不好的不到8點，早餐已經有的菜沒有了，還有是晚上樓道有人吵架，隔音不好。
