Very nice hotel, great staff, good price, big rooms, great breakfast. The location is easy to reach by public transport and close to the city centre

Very nice hotel, not that far from the center. All amenities are working and in good condition🙌🏻 downstairs the breakfast buffet, and you can take tea and coffee for free (a big variety) Was very impressed with a room: cozy bed, iron and big TV.

Easily accessible from Zurich airport. The location of the hotel is located near one of the main station Zurich Altstetten which can bring you around Switzerland. On top of that, it has tram and bus access nearby to Zurich old town as well. Hotel amenities are good and clean. It’s new as well. The breakfast are simple and nice too! The staffs are friendly and quite helpful when we ask for direction or tips. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for couple.

Lovely place, nice staff. Clean, close to the train station that will take you to zurich hb in 6min. Free hot choco and coffee available from the machine.

The hotel is very clean and the environment is very good. The coffee on the first floor is free 24 hours a day and it tastes good. I like this hotel very much

All good, welcome and services. All-you-can-eat coffee and chocolate in the lobby. Convenient for transport if Zurich isn't playing

The hotel's doors and windows are very loud when they are closed, and it is easy to be woken up by the next room

Zurich can find a 1,000 yuan hotel to be satisfied. There is a light rail to go directly to the city center when you go out. The free coffee downstairs is good. I drink 3-4 cups a day

The room is so lovely, very comprehensive with all the appliances, hair dryer, water pot, coffee machine, etc. I'll choose this hotel again if I'm there in future.

Very good hotel, spacious with a simply kitchen. Overall is awesome, except for my room at L1 where people smoking downstairs right below the window. That’s the problem being at low floor. Other than this, nothing else negative.

The property have few amenities, and ******* VIP customers didnt even have the proper perks as promised. One male front desk agent even approached us that we are not entitled for breakfast. I clearly told the agent/receptionist that we booked for 2 breakfast, however he insisted that I only entitled for one. The perks for room upgrade and other amenities were not given. I called ******* customer service and they called the front desk to clarify things. End of the story, the guy completely didnt understand my booking. ******* did a good job for clearing up the fuss. It was early in the morning and I was treated like this. The facility has not enough amenities, it doesnt even offer continental breakfast. I only rated this as three stars because of Natalie/Natalia of the service desk in the reception. She is very friendly, helped us throughout our stay and accommodate our needs during our stay. Without her, I didnt even feel as VIP guest.
