The service was enthusiastic and the environment was pretty good, nothing spectacular but decent. Parking was convenient, though it cost money. Overall, it's good value for money and very close to the waterfall. Parking was easy.

had a really pleasant experience overall. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive—staff were always ready to help and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. Everything was organized nicely, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider coming back again.

We booked a 3 night stay at the Grand Georgian and had a wonderful time. We came the week before March Break and were lucky enough to feel like we had the village to ourselves. Check-in was easy and quick. Parking was convenient. Everything we needed was a minutes-walk away. The kitchenettes are well stocked (toaster, kettle, cutting boards, etc.). My son loved the hot tub(s!) and sauna. I wish the fitness room had free weights/dumbbells. The best meal from our stay was at Mother Tongue.

It's Hilton. As expected. Great location with nearby amenities. Beautiful view from the rooms. No water for the coffee machine though. Pic is of the CN Tower as viewed from the room. Would have stayed longer but it's too cold now for me in Canada, so will return in the Spring. Highly recommend.

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. ****** is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

The hotel's location right near Toronto Pearson Airport is super convenient, especially with their shuttle service running every hour on the dot to pick up and drop off guests. Parking is available in the underground garage for $35 a day. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is great-well lit, clean, quiet. Staff is friendly. A great place for family outings and also for conventions. The only complaint I had was there was no tea available in the room, just very good expresso coffee and more device plug ins for usb or usb-c without having to find electrical outlets for blocks. The room we had could have been a little bigger and roomier for the price we paid. It was a long room but accessible to the elevator and ice machine and the flooring is  weird and could be  plushier. (321) I Like the lights going on automatically under bed when getting up in the night. Had 2 queen beds which are comfortable. The pool is wonderful and so is the hot tub which is big( can accommodate 10). The cabanas are wonderful amenities. . Like the proximity to fun places, restaurants and bars and stores—-all within the confines of the Hard Rock Hotel. Important suggestion: because the hotel is attached to other businesses, security is important. 1. Maybe have a gate into the hotel proper with a security guard or paid guests could use room key to get into the hotel from the emporium or other businesses like restaurants.  2. Use room key to work the elevator so no other persons who are not authorized could enter the room floors. Will definitely stay there again. Appreciated getting late checkout. Reception girls are courteous and very helpful and friendly.

Upon check-in, the 2 bedroom suite turned out to be a family suite with 2 Queen beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the other and with only 1 bathroom! Not suitable for us, 2 adult couples, to stay in. Upon our request, the hotel staff changed us to another “2 bedrooms” suite with a king size bed in each room and with 2 bathrooms. This turned out far better than the earlier room. But this room was on a higher floor and a better view of the Niagara Falls. So we had a wonderful memorable 1 night stay!w

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) Thanks again for making me feel special on my birthday 🫰🏻

GGuest UserLocation & Accessibility The hotel is perfectly situated near the central business district and major transit hubs, making it ideal for both meetings and sightseeing. Room & Amenities The room was modern, impeccably clean, and featured high-quality bedding that ensured a restful sleep. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained with an efficient layout. Dining & Service The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options with prompt service. Most importantly, the staff provided professional and attentive hospitality from check-in to departure. Verdict A well-balanced hotel offering consistent quality and a productive environment. Highly recommended for business travelers.

GGuest UserI've never stayed in a school residence before, but with my frequent travels, I eventually got tired of staying in hotels and motels and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my arrival was not smooth. My Lyft driver dropped me off at the wrong building, and I had a lot of luggage with me. There weren't many students around since it was summer, and no one I asked could give me clear directions to the correct building. When I finally arrived, the front desk told me this apparently happens quite often with Uber/Lyft drivers. My first impression of the residence was that it was quiet and clean. Unfortunately, the elevators had broken down about 20 minutes before my arrival, something I likely would have avoided had I not been dropped off at the wrong building. Front desk staff member Jessica kindly helped carry my luggage up to my room on the 4th floor. I assume this was not part of her job, and I really appreciated her help. In fact, nearly every front desk staff member I encountered during my stay was exceptionally kind and helpful, more so than staff at some upscale hotels I've stayed at. The unit looked smaller than it appeared in the photos, but that's almost always the case, and I still had more than enough space for my needs. The bedroom had very high ceilings, which helped the room feel open and not cramped. Only two hangers were provided, but I travel with folding travel hangers so it wasn't an issue. The large desk was especially useful since I work remotely. The bed was simple but clean, and once I figured out which pillows worked best for me, I slept well. The kitchenette was dated but clean and included a microwave and a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer. The empty refrigerator was somewhat unstable and would shift forward slightly when opened, but otherwise I had no complaints. The bathroom was small, especially the shower stall. Water pressure was good and drainage worked well. My main complaint was the shower curtain, which was so long that it frequently blocked the drain. The sink also drained slowly. The towel rack was loose, and the towels were thin and smelled strongly of vinegar, but they were clean and absorbent. The residence was generally quiet. The walls seemed fairly thin, although no worse than many hotels. There was nearby construction early in the morning, one instance of drilling at 7 AM, and a child crying each morning for a couple of days. None of it significantly affected my stay. I usually keep my home between 19-20C, yet I often found myself cold in the unit and ended up turning off the AC most of the time. The gym on the 4th floor was clean and quiet, although I think cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer should be available. Access also required a staff member to unlock the door, which seemed unnecessary since room-key access would make more sense. There is also a communal kitchen with a stove, oven, and full-sized refrigerator. A movie theatre, games room with a pool table, and meeting room are also available. The only downside is that most amenities require staff assistance for access. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The building was clean and generally quiet, the room provided everything I needed for a working stay, and the staff delivered excellent service. While there were a few minor maintenance issues and some inconveniences regarding amenity access, none were significant enough to negatively impact my stay. Most importantly, I enjoyed my stay enough that I've already decided to return.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

XXuhaoyuThe hotel is located near College Station, which makes transportation incredibly convenient – the location is pretty good. Room cleanliness was average, but the facilities are quite old. The downside is the soundproofing is really poor; I frequently heard noise. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible and often wouldn't connect. Breakfast options were standard and didn't change daily, but it tasted pretty good. Overall, the hotel service was quite thoughtful.

JJachariahThe bathroom and sink here weren't as spacious as in Vancouver, but the breakfast was fantastic, though I forgot to take pictures. The front desk staff were warm and polite. It would be even better if the bed could be replaced so it doesn't creak when getting in and out.

MM220415****Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China. Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price? Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.

GGuest UserCame to Toronto for a conference and booked this apartment a few days in advance. It wasn't cheap and didn't include breakfast, but I chose it for its proximity. I didn't have high expectations, but after checking in, I felt it was excellent value for money. It's on the 44th floor, the highest level with a balcony, and the sky is directly overhead – the view is perfect! I just felt the safety could be a bit better, as it's completely open.
