The location is great. Only 7-10 minutes to go to the train station on foot and taking cable cart. The reception let people check in earlier. I love its flexibility. My roommates were respectful and that made me feel good quality in this hostel. Highly recommended!

Halfboard menu was normal in terms of flavour. The grilled trout tasted much better than the other pork option. No aircon in the rooms but surrounding temperature was luckily not too hot during our stay. Jacuzzi was amazing with views of the mountains (but facing the breakfast location) and suitable temperature, even provided us with comfortable slippers. Check in was smooth and staff were more than willing to offer help.

The steady stream of guests immediately tells you this is a very popular and lively hotel. The location is superb, with everything conveniently close by, including a COOP supermarket. The breakfast was very generous and extremely satisfying. I remember arriving at the hotel around 11:30 AM that day and asking the front desk staff for advice on when to go up Jungfraujoch, as I had a feeling rain was approaching. His immediate reply was: 'Go, go, go, right now!' So I instantly bought the tickets and hopped on the cable car to the Jungfraujoch observation deck. Everything went smoothly and the views were absolutely stunning, which was fortunate because it rained the very next day. Otherwise, I knew I wouldn't have seen a thing!

Luxury personalized !! Right outside the train station, excellent service and delicious food, Sauna n steam facilities, massive room and bathroom with all the immunities slippers, bathrobe, etc  View is a 10 on 10 all three sides. It’s a paradise to look out of the window when you get up in the morning, I shall be staying at this place if I ever return to Grindelwald.

Had a short stopover in Bern. Hotel room is clean. The amenities in the room provided were sufficient. Just a couple minutes walk away from old town while enjoying the view crossing the bridge. Or you can take a tram which is just a stop away.

Right besides train platform so it's super convenient Check in is at the dot 3pm as we aren't able to check in even at 2.50pmish Room amenities are good, even come with bath tub Breakfast spread is good too

The room is a snow view room with a small balcony and beautiful scenery! It is close to Interlaken West Station, which can be reached in seven or eight minutes on foot. The front desk will give you a free bus card, which can be used unlimited times during your stay. The breakfast variety has not changed a bit in the past few days, and the quality and service are OK.

Easy to reach - Took bus 105 to our Hotel Beausite, enjoyed our complimentary cake and coffee after a long flight. 😋 can walk if you are up to it, ＜7mins... Super Warm and considerate hospitality from hotel owner Imi, reception staff John and Daisy. Our rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and cosy! Imi upgraded us with a room with lift access for my elderly mum FOC, we are so blessed and thankful! 🙏🏻 Plus point - beautiful scenery from our hotel room!😍 Excellent spread of breakfast with cold and warm options too! John even helped us to order pizza and salad from his friend, which arrived within 20 minutes! Saving my elderly mom and us a trip to go down to Interlaken west to search for dinner! Will definitely stay with them if we are back!

Location is good, just opposite to the First Mountain cable car station, however, if you want to go to Jungfraujoch, you will need to take the bus to the Terminal station, the shuttle bus to the bus station only has 8 seats, walking to the station is only 5 min. I don't think the hotel rate worth the money unless one is going to stay in the hotel for half day and swim or to use the facilities, the view from the balcony is nice though.

為了把因特拉肯周邊小鎮閉環打卡，這次上山選擇了米倫小鎮作為雪郎峯的山腳落腳點。攜程上選了好久，還是選擇了新開的的相對設施作為齊全的palace皇宮酒店。 設施： 相當於山頂五星級標準。有市內游泳池、健身中心、宴會廳等一系列配套。就是泳池找了好久，誤入了運動俱樂部的進口，其實酒店有專門的通道和changingroom，還有shower設施。 房間在瑞士來説是比較大的，但是中間有根斜跨的房樑影響了觀感和行走的空間，乾濕兩區分的太遠，其實在使用時是不太方便的，濕區還缺少廢紙簍等物品影響使用。 衞生： 公共區域和房間都很乾凈，主要還是剛開業不久，樓道里新裝修的味道還比較重。外部還有未整修完畢的痕跡，特別是地面還有垃圾，下雨天會比較泥濘。 環境： 那是不用説了，直麪雪山景和懸崖峭壁，就是我們入住當天天氣一般，所以影響了整個體驗。 服務： 五月份集中供暖就停掉了，但是山上衹有五六度，非常寒冷，房間裏冷的發抖，洗澡區沒有格擋，洗澡會比較冷。沒有電熱水壺，要靠德龍咖啡機燒熱水，但是我們房間那個也是壞的。 總的來説，3000左右的房價對於山頂小鎮來説可以理解，但是設施上可以做的更好一些。
