I had a very nice stay. Clean everywhere. My room was perfect for just me. I didn’t need cleaning everyday and they were very accommodating. Air conditioning worked beautifully.
Thank you staff for a nice experience 🫡

Located quite far from Kuta Beach but grab is always available. Near the Mall, and there's convenience store just a few steps away.
Facilities is good, the pool is great. the gym is under repair.
The room is okay, it seems old and not well-maintained since signs are evident.
Wifi is not strong in my room which is located in second floor.
staff are really great.
Price is a bit high compared to other hotel.
Very clean and comfortable stay at Kuta Beach Hotel. Nice rooftop restaurant with pool & sun loungers. Good buffet style breakfast with omelets made fresh to order. The ” Standard room ” facilities were excellent with hot shower, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water and spotlessly clean bedding. There was also a security safe in the room. The ducted aircon worked very well. I would highly recommend staying here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The service was outstanding and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and all the facilities were kept in top condition.

Booked a pool access room for 7 days but on arrival was told it wouldn't be available for 3 nights. They said there was an issue with booking company (trip.com) not sure how accurate this was.
Regardless we were vupgraded into a suite for the first 3 nights
Room was beautiful, but a long way from the pools compared to the pool access room.
Worst part was that we needed to find something to do between room changes for 5 hours.
Hotel could do with a refurbish, looking a bit old, particularly the white crockery trolleys at breakfast that looked quite dirty, and filled with clean plates.
Food was good at breakfast but didn't vary much over the 7 days. Eg: maybe guava or apple juice instead of pineapple and orange every day.
Also pineapple in the fruit section would be great.

Superb location for layovers since it’s beside the airport, and breakfast boxes are available if you need to catch an early morning flight
Room is acceptable but bathroom has a small basin area
Great if you are transiting and need a place to crash for the night, not so great if you are looking for a relaxing, fancy resort as base for your Bali tip
The hotel was okay, but really hard to find a car parking spot. Also, it’s not soundproof so the sound from the street or isle was sometimes kinda disturbing.
Nearby there’s lot of food places, i ordered Ayam Tempong Bu Sri nearby and it was so good. The hotel is strategic.

Always a blast staying at Potato Head. If you’re staying with 2 kids i suggest to book a the sky view sanctuary or on the rooftop suites. They can provide 2 sofa bed for free of charge
As always, during our trip we only stay most of the time in the hotel since there are a lot of activities and a lot of restaurants that can be explored
For kids there are few kids activities over the weekend and also i encourage to take the waste tour and there’s a mini workshop towards the end
Overall, i always felt that this hotel is quite pricey but i understand they’re trying to sell the overall “good vibes” and also the excellent hospitality

Absolutely wonderful , amazing hotel with huge rooms and very nice location. it is a bit outside of the town, but that's what it makes it so special. The area is so green and nice, the lobby is cozy with huge chairs you can enjoy the view of greenery around. I liked it so much that I already booked it for my next trip to Uluwatu.

Very Good
GGuest UserExcellent room. Really big with nice sitting area, balcony, good working desk. Also loved the bathroom.
Had some problems getting the safe to work but eventually were fixed.
There is not much micro economy outside and just one restaurant. I did manage to get Grab from the hotel.
The hotel runs a great shuttle to Semarapura and Goa Lawah, it's free but you tip the driver and guide and pay for entry to the various sites.
The spa area is nice but the treatment I had was not very good.
LlimHotel service very good, staffs very friendly and helpful.
The only think need comment is food, no so variety choices for a 5 stars hotel. Limit, I don't know overall holiday Inn hotels standard I think, because my experience before at others holiday Inn all most the same.
But the experience at the hotel is good enough.
GGuest UserIt was a very lovely resort, huge & had lots of activities.
Very friendly/polite workers.
They gave welcoming drinks and string bracelets (consist of 3 elements; The red element symbolizes creativity and bravely, the black element symbolizes powerful and protected us from bad spirit and white element symbolizes spirituality and goodness).
They gave fruit platter in room.
I accidentally missed a step on the front fountain at the entrance steps on my way out walking, twisted my ankle badly on the first day. My husband asked for an ice pack & they gave us a bucket of ice. That was lovely.
Need to focus on cleanliness especially on bathroom - showers (slight molds) and bathtubs (painted on - in the first room before they moved us closer to our son. The paint was peeling off as we filled bathtub with water.
The bathtub was slippery in the second room, my son fell in & hurt his back & hips.
They managed to find me a room so that I could be together with my son (adjoining room) but the air conditioning was not working. I asked them for at least portable AC but they only gave us a pedestal fan.
Gym was very tiny, not balance as there are over 500 rooms in the complex. Plus, lack of monitoring, water dispenser is empty.
The squash balls aren’t pumped so it doesn’t bounce at all.
Porter need to be extra careful when pushing trolley cart, I got struck with it from the back so hard. I injured myself but he didn’t mean it, he was very apologetic.
Therefore we decided to checkout one day early, even though we paid for it.
I asked for lunch as a swap and paid the difference since we won’t be around for the next day breakfast (due to early checkout) but not possible but instead they did prepare & pack-up breakfast boxes in advance. That was lovely of them.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is for family relaxing resort type. Quite far from Bali Collection and others central places. Nusa Dua area is good to relax in pool or beach whole day. Beach water is a bit not clean in this area and rocky for kids. Hotel has several pools area. We sat at pool side whole day with drinks and snack.
GGuest UserWalking distance to massage and food options. Nice beach area which is good as people reserve the sun beds from sunrise. Breakfast has a good variety and room service is reasonably priced. A bit ‘resorty’ but has everything you want and great for the price
EEkaterinathis hotel is very budget and better than some five-star hotels, very clean room, super view from the window, friendly staff, nice pool. There are many cafes and shops nearby. I really liked the location of the air conditioner, it does not blow on your head and there is no dampness in the room, this is a real salvation in Bali!
Breakfasts are normal, for such a price I would even say excellent!
DDr Layla Tiara BellaAston Denpasar is simply amazing. It is now my resident hotel for my business trips. The rooms are huge and clean. The staff are simply amazing.
SSianoWe booked this hotel very cheaply as arrived late from the airport for one night. We were upgraded to a by the pool room. For the money we paid it was good value. The breakfast in the rooftop was simple but included an egg station. We had no issues with noise or mosquitoes and the staff were very helpful and lovely
DDaniilAbsolutely wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded all expectations — the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking sunsets that you can enjoy right from the property. An added bonus: there’s excellent diving just around the corner! Truly a perfect getaway.
