Overall is okay... but cleanliness is just a bit lack.. the good thing about this hotel is the room is spacious.. the swimming pool is belonged to the neighboring hotel MG Suites so customers from MG setos can not use the swimming pool freely, we have to pay 50k rupiah per person to be able to use the pool... the other downside is the Parking area, from the parking area to first lobby there is no elevator so if you bring a lot of luggage you have to carry it heavily by stair from parking area to first lobby before you can take the elevator.. so it is kinda a hassle.. but you can drop your belonging in front of the first lobby if you dont want to carry it all yourself there is the staff offering trolly, at night the parking area is locked it is safe but become a problem when you want to go out at night or come back at night

Nice hotel and has a balcony for view outside. Breakfast has a lot of choices. The water in the swimming pool is clean. Not far from train station, kota tua Semarang, as well to shopping center. Will stay again for next trip.

I stay one night in this hotel when i travel to solo. Its clean but The room(standar room) is a bit small. I like how they design their rooms and with all the interiors on the hotel (especially at the restaurant). Overall, i have a good experience and will consider to come back.

overall good. brand new building with great concept. even the room was spacious enough for the price. but untuk sprei nya i think im not lucky enough krn agak apek..... and lil bit noda but its okay. the aircon was SUPER COOL LOL. oh and my room neighbor was super noisy at night :( and for the wifi speed im sorry they're bad:( but twas great experience and definetely would be back!＜3

For the first time that im felt very uncomfortable staying at the hotel. First, when you arrived at the hotel, there is no parking lot for all the hotel customer, security only give you direction to park beside the hotel but you should find the parking lot by yourself, and when you want to use your car which is located deep inside parking lot, the security too lazy to help you getting your car out. The bed sheet is stinky and full of dirt. The room service doesnt wait for you to get to the elevator, instead they are going first and you as the hotel customer have to wait another elevator to arrived. Ah, the lobby and almost every corridor of the hotel is too dim.

Stayed here when I went to Semarang on a business trip, just in time for Ramadan. The hotel is the tallest building in Semarang and has a panoramic view of the whole city. The room was very nice, standard 4 stars, very clean. Good food, professional front desk efficiency.

First time I stayed at this hotel, it impressed me much, so I made another reservation to extend my stay. Pros: Rooms are clean More pillows, made me sleep better Good bed quality, very good quality Helpful staffs Cons: Parking lot was under construction Wifi was not strong enough Will I visit again? Absolutely.

It was ok for a short stay. Clean room but Sheet and towels need to be improved. A large parking spare and the hotel is attached with a supermarket.

For traveling a slope capital this hotel can be an option1 location is adjacent to the train so it is easy access. For small rooms. Room facilities are minimal. But quite comfortable

Solia Hotel's location is quite strategic, near Solo Balapan train station, food scene and easy to get anywhere from there. Check-in process wasn't smooth, but it is totally understandable because the hotel was fully booked and many guests came at the same time. But hopefully the management can anticipate this and do better in the next holiday season. The lobby is a beautiful Javanese old building, pleasantly scented, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms are located on the newer building on the back. They provide traditional beverages for welcome drinks. The room was clean, water and AC worked well. Bed and pillow were comfortable although there were some stains and holes on the bedsheets. Door handles of balcony almost broke because of its unusual way to open and close (though the management has stuck the instructions on the door). This hotel is recommended for those whose in budget and need centrally located hotel.

One hour and a half taking a train from Jogja to solo seeing my partner after a few months in a distance because of the pandemic situation. The air was so hot, but we suddenly arrive at this hotel with all of the safe introduction of hand sanitizer, distance, life touch, and the other stuff for this new normal. all of the staff there were so kind that makes us feel comfortable enough. That vibes in the room make me have a good conversation after a long time distance. The pillow and bed were so soft, kindly make a coffee and tea for our day easily in here, and also absolutely the bathroom and all of the stUff that smells so good. You know what the best part here? Right. Seeing a view of Surakarta from their window.

Neo Gading solo is one of the new Aston group hotels in Solo. The hotel is quite small, and the location is on a corner, access is rather difficult because you have to cross a red light. Parking is also not much, only about 10 cars. Fast check-in process. There is a welcome drink infused water. The 1st floor contains the lobby, restaurant and meeting room. There are 2 lifts, one passenger lift and one service lift. The corridor was quite narrow because when there was a HK trolley, my stroller could not pass, I had to carry + fold the stroller. The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, clean, the Wifi is fast, the TV is very clear and there is a Google nest in the room to replace the phone. There is a kettle. For drinking water, a dispenser is provided in the corridor and we can take it using the one provided in the room. Honeymoon requests are provided with art towels, fruit platters and greetings on TV. Amazed because even though it was 2 stars but it was approved for the request. The room area is sufficient for a 2 star class, unfortunately the bathroom in the shower section is rather narrow (only 1 meter). Because it's still new, the mattresses and pillows are soft, sleep well, the sheets and covers are clean without stains. The amenities in the bathroom are standard, there is a hairdryer and a dispenser for shampoo soap. Towels are provided 2 towels + 4 towels made of art towels. The breakfast is decent for 2 stars, there are cakes, spiku, plain bread, salad, fresh fruit, infused water and orange juice, chicken porridge, chicken soup, coffee tea, omelette, white rice, fried noodles, mustard greens, fish, potatoes. The taste is quite suitable on the tongue even though the variants are limited.

I was staying with my fiance and she was urgently needing a sanitary pads but as a first timer I don't know where to get one around the hotel since the hotel does not sell these thing. Unbelieveable that ms. freska bear a hand. I really appreciate the help and I'm delighted. Heel erg bedankt!!

Am wondering why so many people have to complain while and the same time they forgot about what they paid. Absolute value for money. Stayed for 5 days and changed room 3 times. After first room switch TV didn't work but was solved swiftly. Super friendly staff. After day 2 they welcomed me as an old friend. Comfy bed, clean towels, TV with all channels one might need, simple but tasty breakfast. Take the price in mind, and you cannot wish any better!

Just recently stayed for four nights at Solo Paragon Hotel for business trip and enjoyed my stay overall. To be very honest, Solo Paragon was not my first hotel choice when I looked at accommodations in Solo for this business trip. However, there was no other options left when I wanted to reserve as Solo had multiple international events during my time there. Pre-arrival impression was unpleasant as when I texted them requesting for airport pick-up arrangement, they turned down my request immediately stating that they were busy with the international event. Moreover, I requested assistance to send some packages from the hotel but again they turned down my request stating they did not provide that service. I have been working in the hotel industry for a while and fully understand that these two were supposedly the basic service offered to guests, let alone by a property at Solo Paragon Hotel level. At this stage, even before arriving to the hotel itself, I was devastated and had actually looked at other accommodation option. However, as everything was on prepaid basis I decided to just go with it. The tide started to turn when I decided to give the hotel a call one day prior to arriving, as I wanted to understand more about the city (this is my very first visit to Solo). Patty - the lady who picked up the phone, was super helpful answering my questions and really getting me prepped up for my trip. Throughout my stay also, I coincidentally met her almost every day of my stay (usually in the afternoon). She was always being nice, helpful, and friendly. She even assisted me to plan a short tour around the destinations in Solo. Her presence at the Front Desk really brought positive ambience there, in addition to of course all her colleagues in the Front Desk and Lobby area - including the Security team. Solo Paragon Hotel is also located in the heart of Solo, make it super easy to go everywhere. There are Solo Paragon Shopping Mall just downstairs - shops, coffee shops, night markets, and restaurants in walking distance - and also going around by car feels close to everywhere. Definitely recommended for travelers seeking for easy access to various places in Solo. At this stage, the great staff and strategic location really made my business trip convenient and at this point I had forgotten my unpleasant pre-arrival experience. However, still there are some points that requires upgrade for Slo Paragon Hotel to get their perfect 10/10 experience. First, I felt that there were no standards in the Housekeeping service; sometimes they left the bathroom door open somethings they did not, sometimes they folded the bath mat above the toilet sometimes on the floor, sometimes they brought spare laundry bag and form when I requested for laundry service and sometimes they did not. Transit on my way home from holiday from Bali. Everyone was happy to be able to rest soundly and breakfast was also quite complete.

I stayed here for one day and one night because I happened to have a job. It can be said that it is comfortable to sleep for one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but there was stains on the bed sheet. The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. Which makes it less comfortable because there is no window in the room. I think this hotel is very suitable for backpackers.
