We stayed on the 5th of September. It's a beautiful hotel.
We enjoyed everything about this place except the unbearable heat in the room. It was impossible to sleep. There was a portable fan but it was very noisy. And even when it's on, it wasn't helpful. No air conditioner. We had a very poor sleep.
And no matter how much we enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, food, friendly staff and the atmosphere of the hotel, we would not stay here next time.
Nice hotel, But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathtub. When I added hot water to the bathtub, a lot of dust and even a hair came out.
I had to wash and rinse the tub several times to get it clean.
I understand that hotel service is low in Ireland, but this is a 4-star hotel. The price for rooms is high for Europe. It would be great, at least nice to clean.
Breakfast was great, delicious.
The hotel is very convenient if you travel from Dublin to Galway, since it is on the road and there are only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The beds are comfortable and breakfast is buffet.
The decoration is very tasteful. We stayed in the middle of the night and the store also left me a condolence card and snacks.
Breakfast is also very rich, and there is something to do!
We are very satisfied! The kettle is also very clean!
Less than 10 minutes by car from Galway city centre, the hotel has its own parking lot. Buffet breakfast seems to be 12 euros per person, typical Irish breakfast. The twin room is a single bed + a double bed.
This is a wonderful Hotel. We are getting married and had our reception dinner there as well as put family up there for the night. The service, staff, food and facilities were great. Will most certainly recommend this place to anyone.
Very good, the environment is very good, although the location is a bit off, but the scenery is very good along the way. The hotel has a bar, the swimming pool, the concert hall, a nice concert, the service is very good.
The room is spacious, and the bathroom and dining are good. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the city.
The soundproofing of the room is poor, and the sound of people talking at the door feels like the door is open, noisy!

戈戈A veteran 5-star hotel with a century-old history and a very good environment, equipped with a golf course, and European style decoration. The breakfast is very good, the tableware is exquisite, the taste is good, and the service is very good.
