As for the hotel itself, we traveled with our child, and this place is absolutely perfect for families. There's a huge outdoor lawn with a non-motorized playground and a sandpit. Next to it, there's a row of small cabins housing animals like alpacas and deer, which are fantastic for kids to enjoy. I also really liked the hotel's design – it's upscale and elegant. The front desk was efficient during check-in and even assigned us a room on the top floor facing the lawn, offering a truly excellent view!

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

As a classic five-star hotel, although it's not brand new, the overall quality is still excellent. The rooms are quite spacious, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the fifth floor is quite unique, and the staff are all very friendly. The breakfast selection is quite rich, though it would be even better if they prepared more food during holidays.

My stay at the Mercure Anshun West Railway Station exceeded my expectations. The hotel is super close to the high-speed train station, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the smart amenities were very easy to use. The biggest surprise was the complimentary buffet breakfast; it offered a great variety, and everything tasted delicious. I especially recommend the hot local rice noodles – they were a perfect start to the day. The staff were warm and attentive, and overall, it offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Anshun.

My friend and I stayed at the Sofitel Guiyang Hunter, and it was incredibly romantic! Our high-floor room offered direct views of Jiaxiu Tower at night, and soaking in the tub while admiring the city lights was so therapeutic. The room decor was cozy, and the welcome fruit and desserts added a lovely touch. Lisa was so kind and thoughtful; she even gave me a cake when she found out it was my birthday, and she was always there to help throughout our stay. We had dinner at the Cloud Restaurant on the 57th floor, and the delicious food paired with the night view created an amazing atmosphere. It was a perfect blend of French elegance and Guiyang charm. When we checked out, Janice even gave us a thoughtful souvenir. This is definitely the place to be for a friends' or couples' getaway – a truly special experience!

First, the hot water kept fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold, making showering an ordeal of endless temperature changes – I couldn't just stand under the water comfortably. Second, when customer service reached out via WeChat, they asked me to include their nickname in my reply. It would be really helpful if they introduced themselves when we first meet, because otherwise, I have no idea which staff member I'm talking to from our previous interactions.

Excellent Location The hotel is located within the National Customs Park at No. 5 Wuling Avenue, Bijiang District, just 1.3 kilometers from Tongren Railway Station, offering convenient transportation. The surroundings are beautiful, offering both the stunning scenery of the Jinjiang River and the cultural atmosphere of the National Customs Park, making for a pleasant evening stroll. 2. Comfortable Room Experience We booked a Deluxe River View Room, and the front desk representative, Xiao Peng, upgraded us to an Executive River View Room. This spacious 90-square-meter room features floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Jinjiang River, offering unobstructed views of both the mountains and the river. The room is fully equipped with a bathtub, refrigerator, and smart curtains. The mattress has the perfect firmness for an excellent sleep. The hotel also offers exceptional attention to detail, including welcome fruit. 3. Attentive Service The front desk service was particularly commendable. Check-in was very efficient. Xiao Peng, the staff member, was not only warm and attentive, but also proactively upgraded our room, gave us welcome fruit, and provided free luggage storage. 4. Extensive Dining Options The hotel offers two restaurants: Fu Restaurant (buffet) and Bijingxuan (a la carte Chinese cuisine). The breakfast menu is extensive, with both Western bread and coffee and local rice noodles, all very delicious. 5. Complete Amenities - Indoor heated swimming pool: Clean, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. 6. Tips The hotel is near the railway station, and the occasional train whistle can be heard, which may be disturbing for light sleepers, but overall the impact is minimal. There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, so takeout is the only option.

The hotel's facilities are good, the location is great, and the breakfast is also good. However, if you ask me if I'd recommend it, I'd hesitate. My biggest issue with the hotel: no air conditioning. The lobby was comfortably air-conditioned at around 20 degrees Celsius, but the room temperature was over 25 degrees. When I asked the hotel to turn on the A/C, they suggested opening a window. This is listed as a five-star hotel on Ctrip, and I'm unsure if not having air conditioning meets national standards for a five-star property. In the restaurant, there were two coffee machines; one couldn't grind coffee, and the other was incredibly slow. It's unbelievable that getting a cup of coffee at a five-star hotel would be such a hassle. Also, in the second-floor restaurant restroom, facilities like the toilet paper dispenser were broken, which is completely inconsistent with a five-star standard. I've never encountered a hotel like this before.

I think the Wanfenglin Yueqili Mountain Homestay is excellent. First off, the guesthouse's location and overall environment are fantastic. The room balcony offers unbeatable, beautiful mountain views, and facilities like the garden and swimming pool are also outstanding. Secondly, the service here is superb. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and polite to guests, always going out of their way to help with any requests as quickly as possible. Plus, the room's cleanliness and amenities are good. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it offers both Chinese and Western options, and it tastes great – especially the rice noodles, which are delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this guesthouse and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
