The front desk service was very welcoming and enthusiastic. They upgraded our room for free and even gave us souvenirs and a New Year's plush horse. The room was also very large and spacious. What's even better is that the hotel grounds are huge, with a pet park on the outdoor lawn, a kids' soft play area, and a newly built sandpit playground. The facilities for families are very comprehensive! There are also large camping tents and chairs, and it's really comfortable to relax on the lawn and soak up the sun. The pet park has alpacas, sika deer, and very cute pet sheep. The breakfast was also rich and varied.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

It was very quiet and clean. The front desk staff kindly gave us an extra breakfast for free (there were three of us), which was a nice gesture. They also gave us complimentary welcome fruit, which was excellent 👍. The restaurant had many animals, which was a unique touch. There was a great variety for breakfast; I especially loved the Changwang noodles 😄 and the fruit was very fresh, the cantaloupe 🍈 was particularly good.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk staff and other employees are all very warm and helpful. I was particularly impressed with how the front desk handled a guest cutting in line during check-in. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes are delicious. The complimentary fruit platter and mineral water are of good quality. Upon check-in, we also received complimentary Maotai ice cream. The hotel also provides a 25% discount on tickets to the National Liquor Culture City. Please note that with this discounted ticket, you will not be able to participate in the tasting at the Liquor Culture City.

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so the decor and amenities are brand new. The design is simple yet grand. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff, especially the lady, was beautiful and considerate. She really set a great impression for Guizhou girls, haha. Room Size: The twin room was spacious enough. Location: Right next to the high-speed train station and bus terminal, which is super convenient. It's also easy to get a taxi or Didi to the city center. For us, who were transferring to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it was incredibly convenient. Since it's close to the high-speed train station, it can be a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want to reconsider. My friend and I are sound sleepers, so it didn't bother us. I forgot to take photos, but overall, it was really great.

I really have to commend Xiao Zeng from Guest Relations for her exceptional service during my stay. It wasn't just standard procedure; it was thoughtful and warm. She proactively upgraded my room to a high-floor view room, and the Nanming River outside the window was stunning at night. While checking in, she quietly and meticulously shared hotel details, making the process engaging rather than dull. The welcome fruit platter in the room was beautifully arranged. And at checkout, to my surprise, she had already arranged a late checkout and even prepared a farewell gift. This kind of 'thinking one step ahead' attention to detail truly embodies the essence of Shanghainese hospitality. Here, service isn't just about following standards; it's about an understanding that anticipates your needs. It's like the gentle, warm light from an old house in the梧桐区 (Wutong District)—unassuming, yet it settles comfortably into your heart.

A very pleasant establishment in the heart of the historic city. The atmosphere is calm and serene. The rooms are truly comfortable and spacious with all the amenities. I particularly enjoyed the bathtub. The breakfast is generous. I also appreciated Cherry's warm welcome; she provided me with all the necessary information even though I don't speak Chinese very well. Thank you!

I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. Completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and taxis are also easy to find. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and being on a high floor offered a great view. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional; both the front desk and concierge were excellent. The roselle juice and black tea in the lobby are local specialties of Guizhou. Highly recommend it!

The hotel boasts a convenient location in Shangnahui Village, just a short distance from the entrance. The view from our balcony was excellent (as captured in the first photo). The owner was incredibly friendly, kindly providing an extra bed free of charge and even gifting us two local souvenirs upon our departure. For exploring Wanfenglin, most attractions are easily accessible from the street directly in front of the hotel. I highly recommend renting an electric scooter (I rented a 3-4 seater for 150 RMB a day during peak season, to be returned by 10 PM). It's very convenient, but do be aware that the roads are quite narrow and can often get congested. Always carry an umbrella, as sudden rain showers are common here. If you have sufficient time, I suggest taking the sightseeing bus for a panoramic view of Wanfenglin; the scenery is absolutely stunning.
