The hotel room was spacious. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant because we were in a hurry, and it was surprisingly good! The flying pancake was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, definitely a cut above what you'd find at a food stall – the texture was just perfect. The 'two-flavor Thai shrimp balls' were also delicious, though a bit pricey. The facilities were quite comprehensive too; you can feed small animals, read, and work out. The location is close to Huangguoshu Waterfall, just a few minutes' taxi ride away.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

Great location and an impressive lobby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the hygiene is excellent – I especially loved the big bathtub. They proactively provided toiletries for kids. When we unexpectedly added another person to our trip, they upgraded us to a twin room for free and even included an extra breakfast. That was fantastic! The 'Pet Garden Restaurant' is amazing, with deer, goats, Peppa Pig (I assume they mean a pig-like animal or a character display), squirrels, peacocks, and even chickens, ducks, and fish that you can feed freely. The kids had a blast! I saw the constant-temperature swimming pool but didn't get a chance to try it.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk staff and other employees are all very warm and helpful. I was particularly impressed with how the front desk handled a guest cutting in line during check-in. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes are delicious. The complimentary fruit platter and mineral water are of good quality. Upon check-in, we also received complimentary Maotai ice cream. The hotel also provides a 25% discount on tickets to the National Liquor Culture City. Please note that with this discounted ticket, you will not be able to participate in the tasting at the Liquor Culture City.

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so the decor and amenities are brand new. The design is simple yet grand. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff, especially the lady, was beautiful and considerate. She really set a great impression for Guizhou girls, haha. Room Size: The twin room was spacious enough. Location: Right next to the high-speed train station and bus terminal, which is super convenient. It's also easy to get a taxi or Didi to the city center. For us, who were transferring to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it was incredibly convenient. Since it's close to the high-speed train station, it can be a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want to reconsider. My friend and I are sound sleepers, so it didn't bother us. I forgot to take photos, but overall, it was really great.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance to Jiaxiu Tower, and surrounded by amazing food spots. Must-try restaurants like Guichu, You Boma's Old Guiyang Beef Noodles, and Qiaobajiao are all very close by. From the 55th-floor lobby, you get panoramic views of Guiyang. If you want to avoid crowded spots, you can still enjoy the beautiful night view of Jiaxiu Tower right from the hotel lobby. It's perfect for those who are short on time but don't want to miss out on Guiyang's stunning scenery and delicious food. Even during Chinese New Year, the room rates didn't increase much. They provide Lanvin toiletries, eight bottles of water, and a complimentary mini-bar, making it excellent value for money. Stellar and Monica provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service; they arranged a non-smoking room for us and even gave a small gift to our child. We'll definitely choose to stay here again when we visit Guiyang in the future.

A very pleasant establishment in the heart of the historic city. The atmosphere is calm and serene. The rooms are truly comfortable and spacious with all the amenities. I particularly enjoyed the bathtub. The breakfast is generous. I also appreciated Cherry's warm welcome; she provided me with all the necessary information even though I don't speak Chinese very well. Thank you!

I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hardware and decor are also good, and the room even had a sewing kit, which is a nice detail not found in other hotels. However, there's still a gap in service compared to some well-established five-star hotels. The front desk in the lobby was good, and my check-in experience was fine. But the breakfast restaurant was a different story. Other places might be crowded too, but they're not this chaotic. If it's too busy, they could limit access. I searched everywhere for a seat and finally asked a staff member if she could help me find one. She gave me an impatient, cold look, tersely said, 'Everyone's busy right now,' and just walked away. I then found a male staff member who at least offered a solution, suggesting I ask if the empty seats were available. Honestly, your restaurant has five-star hardware but three-star service quality. They really need some training. On a positive note, the breakfast restaurant had glutinous rice balls, which were quite unique. But you had to queue for them. I'd suggest considering preparing them in advance in the future.

Our stay during this Guizhou trip was absolutely wonderful! The guesthouse's setting was incredible, nestled amidst lush greenery, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The most delightful surprise was encountering adorable cats and dogs. Both the swimming pool and hot tub had crystal-clear water and excellent designs, making them perfect for a relaxing dip and some fun. The service from the front desk staff was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any request, and any issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. We truly felt a warm sense of belonging, just like being at home. Highly recommended!
