As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There were no strange odors in the room, the carpet was dry, and the sheets were pristine white and wrinkle-free. The bathroom had excellent separation of wet and dry areas, and water stains were promptly cleaned. You can really tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into its cleaning and disinfection, which made for a very reassuring stay.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hot water supply was excellent! What truly stood out was the hotel's service, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Knowing we had just arrived by high-speed train, they immediately asked about our plans for exploring Tongren: had we booked tickets? Did we have transportation? The hotel is conveniently located right next to the tourist bus station, with a direct bus to Tongren Grand Canyon – how incredibly convenient! They didn't leave until they confirmed our afternoon itinerary was all sorted. We're so grateful to them! They've made us fall in love with Tongren, and if we ever come back, we'd love to stay here again.

The staff are warm, welcoming, and provide meticulous service, making the overall experience nearly perfect. A special thank you to the two male staff members who checked us in on the first day. They offered a room upgrade, and even though we initially declined due to the wait, they later upgraded us to a different room type. We're very grateful! We were also very impressed with the housekeeping staff during our stay; their service was thoughtful, and their attitude was warm and friendly. They were very considerate when cleaning our room. I apologize for not remembering their names, but they always greeted us warmly in the hallway, making us feel truly at home. We initially booked this hotel to try it out, but the final experience far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to all the staff here; they created an even better experience than what the hotel's amenities alone could provide, adding a personal touch to our stay.

The room was very clean and had a view of the village gate. The location is super convenient, just the first guesthouse on the left inside the gate. The owners are incredibly nice and thoughtful, even offering free pickup and drop-off from the high-speed train station. This saved us the shuttle bus fare from the scenic area entrance to the village, such great value! My parents' room seemed to have been recently renovated and looked much nicer than the photos when we booked.

The hotel has convenient transportation and is close to Shuicheng Ancient Town and Fengchi Garden, making it very convenient for leisure walks and exploring special restaurants. The overall hardware of the hotel is of five-star standard. It was my first time staying here, and the hotel upgraded me to an executive room, which was very thoughtful! The weather was very good this morning. I woke up early and watched the sunrise in the room. I was very satisfied! grateful! I will stay here again next time I go to Liupanshui.

The bed linens were changed promptly, clean and neat, making the overall environment very comfortable and reassuring to stay in. The most delightful surprise was the pillows in the room – they were perfectly soft and incredibly comfortable. The room also thoughtfully provided memory foam pillows that contoured to my neck, so my neck didn't ache at all when lying down. These little details were truly heartwarming. I have to say, hotels nowadays are really stepping up their game, and it's rare to find one that pays so much attention to such thoughtful details. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, the environment quiet and peaceful, which made for a fantastic living experience. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled both check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently. Whether for a vacation or a short stay, this hotel is an excellent choice with great value for money, far exceeding my expectations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Very lucky to book this treasure hotel! The boss sister saw that our sleep was relatively light and upgraded the room type without saying anything. I was really touched. The room is spacious and bright, and the environment outside the window is beautiful. There are also delicious foods downstairs. After eating, it is very leisurely to take a walk nearby, and there is no sense of cramping in a strange city. The sanitation is clean and the service is thoughtful. Because of the kindness of the boss and such a convenient location, this trip is particularly comfortable. Then it is relatively convenient to go to the wild scenic spot here. Located within the ancient city scenic area, right by the Jinjiang River, this hotel boasts a lovely environment – peaceful yet close to all the action. It's a charming, antique-style Chinese traditional dwelling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with modern facilities. The breakfast was also excellent. I was very satisfied with this hotel; the service was great too. The front desk manager even upgraded my room for free upon check-in. There's also a large underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's lovely to take a stroll along the pedestrian street in the evening and enjoy the night views.

This hotel in Huaguoyuan is absolutely amazing! The design features a lovely natural wood style, beautifully incorporating elements from Guizhou's local Miao and Dong ethnic cultures. I especially loved the butterfly motifs; the staff told me they symbolize blessings. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which just reinforced how happy I was with my choice. Originally, I booked a different room type, but after an upgrade, I stayed in the 'Shan Muyun' room, which offers breathtaking high-altitude views of the Twin Towers and the 'White House' at night. The view was absolutely spectacular! I honestly felt like I wanted to stay even longer. I highly recommend it!
