Superb hotel for this price. However was in renovation perhaps that's why I got cheap. Great service and great pool and bar area.

Clean, comfortable, varied breakfast menu. Need to be improved at the reception, maybe if there are many guests there can be 2 receptionists. 1 receptionist serves room reservations, so when checking in there is a long wait. Even though there are 2 unused computers and there is 1 staff who is just standing there who should be able to help with the check-in process. Also, this is the first time I have checked out and been asked for my ID card again. It's a bit complicated. Otherwise, it's very satisfying.

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

The hotel is new and clean and is located very close to the airport. The help me with the shuttle two times and also it was great the possibility that it was possible to have breakfast very early in the morning due to Ramadan at 4 am I had early flight. Otherwise, no negatives the room is big and everything is great.

Very good hotel at Algortima. We had a good holiday trip here. Staff is friendly as well. We would highly recommend this place to all friend.

Facilities: The hotel is well-maintained and has aged gracefully, though there's a slight musty smell. Cleanliness: Everything is very clean, especially the main hall. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Service: Very warm and polite. Extending my check-out by an hour was no problem at all. Environment: Located inside a shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping.
