I was very satisfied with my stay here, especially since I was traveling with sick parents. Their service was incredibly fast in helping us check in, and they even provided a wheelchair. The hotel's service was outstanding, and the room and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The pool view was also very nice. Thank you to the hotel staff who helped make the check-in process smooth and easy.

The Club room is vwry huge the bath rub is awesome ...everything is perfecto Plus the brrakfast OMG U can find all Palembang dishes here let say kue jam 8,lupis ,buhur sumsum,pempek,lontong sumthing and the International bfast also yum

In my personal opinion, this is currently the most luxurious hotel in Lubuk Linggau. The front desk service is incredibly friendly and pleasant. They offer a wide variety of delicious food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel in Lubuk Linggau.

This hotel offers a great lake view and is very comfortable for a stay. The cleanliness is also excellent, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that the doors aren't very soundproof at night, so you can still hear people walking by. The breakfast spread is also very comprehensive.

One of the best hotels to stay in Palembang. It's strategically located in the city center, nearby any amenities, public transport, and malls. We stayed during Christmas weekend, so it's quite crowded with many guests. The downside, we need to wait a little bit longer with only 2 hotel lifts during busy hours and we didn't manage to use the swimming pool. Other than that, the staff is friendly, breakfast is nice, and room is clean.

Great location for business, close to many offices and easy transportation access. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Service was good and staff were polite and responsive. Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.
