The staff was very attentive during check-in and meal time. Especially since there was no transportation on the market due to the snowstorm that day, the driver responsible for the pick-up was a great help.

The location of this hotel is very good and it's just opposite to the railway station. Check-in is fast and the staff are nice and polite. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is satisfactory. Still use key to open and lock the door.

The hotel is in front of Koriyama Station, very convenient, good location. There are Shopping Mall, convenience stores, a lot of delicious restaurants around the hotel. Hotel's coffee was delicious. The room was spacious. We had left our luggages after check out and picked up later.

The room faces the sea and has a beautiful view! The natural hot springs are also very good👍The transportation is relatively convenient. There is a hotel bus shuttle from JR to Izumi Station! Dinner is now a buffet of Chinese, Western and Japanese cuisine!

The location is super convenient, just turn right after exiting the east exit. Breakfast is a set meal, you can choose Japanese or Western food. Self-service coffee, milk, and juice. Because it is a non-smoking room, the hygiene and smell are pretty good. The facilities are a bit old, and the faucet is also a separate system for hot and cold water, which is very inconvenient. But considering the location, food, and hygiene, the cost performance is still very high.

Clean rooms near Fukushima Shinkansen,with some dinner options and supermarket, drugstore and daiso. Would be good if toilet and bathroom could be separated. Room is spacious though. Beds are not as comfortable. Would recommend if you are coming by JR as location is really near the station

The room is great with an outdoor hot spring. There is a shop on the first floor with lots of things to buy. There are two baths where you can bathe and soak! It is recommended to arrange more time to enjoy the facilities in the hotel.

Located at a distance of about 500 meters from Koriyama station. It's along the main street in front of the station. Small relatively small but decent enough to walk around. The bed is comfortable for 1 person, couple not preferred.
