Enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. Room was big and has the shower and toilet separated so one does not need to wait for another to finish showering before using the toilet.
Room was relatively quiet with mild traffic noises but ceased after around 11pm.
Bed was comfortable with soft and hard pillows.
Location was perfect as well with around a 5min walk to Hiroshima station.
I appreciated the room TV function where I could see the status of the 2 washing machines from the comfort of my room.
There is also bread, coffee and fruit juice available at the lobby every morning.
Staff were also friendly.
My only feedback is the lack of hooks in the shower to hang our clothes.
Overall a very pleasant stay here. Would choose to stay at this hotel again if I’m in Hiroshima.
It was among the best hotel i stayed through out japan. Great location, excelent food and the staff that deserves my conpliments (from the cleaning lady to the recepcionist, everyone extremely polite).
The best thing was the breakfast. Not because of the food (although it was great), but mainly die to the breathtaking paisage of the City you could apreciate while eating.
Another great thing was the location, despite being a few minutes away from the street cars station, being able to walk to the main touristic points was extremely convenient.
The room is definitely small for medium to big size luggages. My friend and I brought 2 hand carry size luggages and both fit perfectly at each corners of the room but of course it took up a lot of walking space. The bed wasnt the most comfortable but I had worse ones. The location was perfect in my opinion. It was walking distance to the shopping street and theres a delicious indian restaurant nearby! (About 5 mins walk i think)
Overall; i would come book again!
This hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Hiroshima Station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by train or needing easy access to transportation. The proximity to the station saved us both time and money on local transport.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, and all common areas were well-maintained and hygienic. It's clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.
What makes this hotel particularly appealing is its affordable pricing despite the prime location near the station. Usually, hotels so close to major transportation hubs come with premium prices, but this property offers excellent value for money without compromising on quality or convenience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima. The combination of strategic location, cleanliness, and reasonable rates makes it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers who don't want to sacrifice convenience or comfort.
Location is fantastic. Right next to the Hiroshima museum and all the memorials. The room is dated but functional. The pillows are a little too flat for my liking, but my wife had no issues. Bunch of lovely restaurants and izakayas around the corner.
Parking nearby is capped at 1400 yen (ask for the coupon from the concierge).
Great location close to the station. Staff gave us a free upgrade which was a nice surprise! Would recommend checking out the Shukkeien Gardens, which are located close by.
The Knot was a great place to stay in Central Hiroshima amongst all the tourist attractions. Good service, very clean and comfortable beds.
The only draw back was that we had the impression we were getting a free breakfast but it turned out it was a bit of a trick on the app
It was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea.
Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast.
With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.
This hotel proved to be an excellent choice, primarily due to its prime location and thoughtful amenities. The complimentary bottled water provided in the room was a welcome touch that added to our comfort during the stay. What particularly impressed me was their efficient Express Checkout system. This convenient feature allows guests to simply leave their room cards and depart without the usual front desk procedures – a time-saving solution that I believe should become an industry standard. In our increasingly fast-paced world, such streamlined processes make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. This modern approach to hotel operations clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to guest convenience and satisfaction.
It is quite close to the commercial area and there are convenience stores around.
The service is OK, but please note that the so-called double room is actually just a big bed.
There is a razor, and you have to check out at 10 am. You will be charged for overtime.
For Hiroshima, it is OK!

XXiaDongLocation is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot.
Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.
AAnonymous UserVery affordable hotel that boasts clean and quiet rooms. The rooms were abit small but we knew that beforehand. As with many Japanese hotels, the amenities were top notch with great design thinking. We tried to use the laundry but it always full - there’s a waiting list and no reservation allowed. We went to a coin & wash shop 5 mins away for about the same price. Location wise it’s a 5min walk to the Main Street of streetcars so pretty convenient. 10mins walk to Hondori too.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had
100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped
and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm
takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again
i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,
GGuest UserGood location. Very comfy bed. Nice setting that the sleeping area is inside with reasonably quiet, separated by the doors from the outside areas including toilets, showers, smoking, dining.
DdbmubsThe overall experience was ok. The path to hotel is a pebbled slope and stoned entrance, it’s gave me sort of a nostalgic feel, but it’s not luggage friendly. But I must say the hotel needs to do something on the ventilation/air circulation in the building. The room I stayed was near to the dining hall so the BBQ & food smell travelled & lingered along my room floor corridor throughout my stay. The onsen is located at the same section as the dining hall, the smell affected there as well.
GGuest UserOk, this one is difficult to rate.
The room comes with a magnificient view on the sea. That's what made me chose that place.
But it is remote. So, if you have no car, except walking a good 2km from the train station along a road.
There is nothing to eat there. It is a stop/sleep/leave concept of hotel. Once again, if you have no car... you won't walk back the 2km to find something to eat.
You sleep on the floor. No surprise here and I slept particularly well so, no complains. Just be aware of that.
Toilets, bath, all is shared.
Room are old but all ok and one of the biggest space I got during this trip. Furnitures are also old. You may feel like you are staying at grandma place for a while.
The building, from the 70's probably, is not sound proof. You may enjoy your neighbor sleep. As I did.
I did book for 2. Probably because Trip was not proposing other option or because it was the cheapest one, not sure. The lady at the entrance kept me waiting for 15mn for that reason showing that she was embarrassed to give me the keys for that already paid room. This moment was uncomfortable to say the least.
The remote part, the furnitures style, the oldish atmosphere, the old room door still requiring a key and that squeak a little bit... may not please everyone. It comes with its sweet creepy feeling.
Not an hotel for everyone. But damn, the view in the morning... splendid.
EEmmaThe room is small but adequate for two people. The room has a microwave, refrigerator, and kettle. The hotel is 20-30 minutes from the Peace Memorial Park. Public transportation is nearby. Hiroshima Station is 30 minutes away. Self-check-in and check-out are available, although the reception is open 24 hours a day.

TThomas84Cannot say too much negative as this hotel is in perfect distance for transfers to any direction doesn’t matter if using Shinkansen, bus or any JR.
But it’s the very first time in my life the hotel wanted to charge me around 8.000 Yen to get the room before 3 pm (official check in time). The room was completely ready and due to my Shinkansen arrival I have to wait around 3 hours. Absolutely no go from my perspective and awkward management for such a hotel in which you spend a lot of many and it’s called Sheraton.
