We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep. She contacted us in advance to understand our needs, kindly upgraded our room, and assisted us with complimentary parking. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The Dalian Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, truly lives up to its reputation as the city's landmark luxury hotel! The European castle architecture, nestled against the mountains and overlooking the sea, boasts a magnificent and opulent lobby, and the sea views are absolutely breathtaking. Our stay was perfect, from the visuals to the overall experience. But what truly impressed us the most was the incredibly thoughtful service, especially the front desk agent, Amanda, and the doorman/bellman at the entrance – they deserve special commendation! 🌟 Amanda from the front desk: Professional, gentle, and incredibly meticulous. During check-in, Amanda was all smiles, her attitude both warm and professional, making us feel welcome the moment we walked in. She was patient and efficient, proactively verifying our information and quickly processing the check-in. She meticulously explained our room benefits, hotel facilities (pool, gym, breakfast times), and even offered suggestions for nearby attractions. Her explanations were clear and very considerate. Thoughtful and thorough: After learning about our needs, she proactively helped us upgrade our room, which showed incredible attention to detail. Gentle and patient: Throughout our interaction, her tone was gentle, and she answered all our questions without any hint of perfunctoriness. Her professionalism and approachability were top-notch, making our check-in feel like a special ceremony. 🌟 Doorman/Bellman: Enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable. The doorman/bellman service at the entrance was equally impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of luxury and warmth. Proactive and enthusiastic: As soon as our car pulled up, he immediately came forward with a smile, opened the car door, and helped us with our luggage. He was swift and meticulous, handling everything with care. Humble and polite: He maintained a warm and courteous demeanor throughout, proactively assisting with our spontaneous requests without any hint of neglect. His service awareness was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, with both indoor and outdoor soaking tubs. Drinks and snacks were provided in the room, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. The lunch options were also very good for our family trip. I recommend staying here.

I was already looking forward to writing a review for this hotel before my trip even ended! It truly exceeded all my expectations! The front desk upgraded me, and I ended up with a huge room. Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses.

She is incredibly meticulous and reliable. She proactively communicated with me about my check-in preferences, and knowing I was on a business trip, she specifically helped me reserve a quiet room not facing the street, so I wouldn't be disturbed at night or during the day while working. During check-in, she was patient and thorough throughout, making the process quick and efficient. She remembered my invoice details and prepared the invoice for me in advance. Knowing I still had work to deal with during my trip, Lisa frequently checked in on my stay, which was very thoughtful. She would proactively replenish drinking water and toiletries. Lisa not only made excellent arrangements beforehand, but also patiently helped resolve any issues I had during my stay, promptly and with a gentle attitude, never being perfunctory. I was feeling a bit tired and unwell, which is common when traveling for business, and Lisa promptly checked on me and brought hot honey water and fruit. It was truly a lifesaver and made me feel incredibly warm. Thanks to Lisa's attentive arrangements, combined with the hotel's excellent environment and service, my entire stay was exceptionally comfortable and worry-free. My biggest thanks go to Lisa; she considered every detail and was so thoughtful and meticulous, truly putting herself in the guest's shoes. Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes.

Excellent value for money! The price is great and the quality is top-notch. The room was clean, bright, and odorless, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was fantastic – they responded promptly to all my requests. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Definitely worth coming back to!

Any requests we had were quickly addressed, and they handled everything with great care and competence, making sure all arrangements were perfectly planned. Dino truly prioritized our stay experience, focusing on every detail, and proactively helped coordinate various matters. The service level was outstanding, making our entire stay relaxed and enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience.

We chose the Hilton Jinshitan for our kids' spring break, and the location is fantastic. It's within walking distance to Discoveryland, and you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach. If you prefer to stay put, there's plenty of sand for digging right by the hotel. The hotel's own playground and pool kept the kids entertained for hours. It's a great choice for a relaxing, slow-paced vacation.

This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and the room was much larger than I expected. Even though the hotel is nearly 10 years old, the facilities are well-maintained. It's fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and tableware. The toiletries were even my favorite Atelier Cologne 'Pomelo Paradis'! The hotel is also super thoughtful; it's located just 200 meters from the marathon start line, and they prepared a special 'cheer-up' breakfast pack for all guests, regardless of whether they'd booked breakfast. The cleaning lady was very warm and friendly. There's direct access from the building to the neighboring mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Dalian.
