I came to Dandong specifically for the BBQ, and it definitely lived up to the hype – it had a great, lively atmosphere. I chose the best hotel in Dandong for my stay, and it was conveniently located not far from the BBQ restaurants, just a minimum taxi fare away. The hotel's service, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent. The absolute best part was not having to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries; the front desk arranged for a robot to bring them directly to my room – that was truly amazing!

I stayed two nights in a row at the Shangri-La Dalian for this trip, and overall it was a great experience, with only two minor regrets. When I arrived and got out of the car, no concierge proactively offered to help with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff addressed me rather casually, calling me 'sis,' which lacked the appropriate professionalism for a five-star hotel. Aside from these two points, the room exceeded expectations. It didn't feel dated, was spacious and open, with plenty of natural light. All amenities were complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to visit the beach and shopping areas. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. For families with children, there was ample space and plenty of toys, so it never felt cramped. Toiletries and drinking water were replenished promptly. Although breakfast was busy, the crowd was managed in an orderly fashion. Overall, the hardware conditions are highly recommendable. I hope the hotel can refine its front office service details and standardize service etiquette. I would still prioritize choosing this hotel for future visits to Dalian.

The room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells, and the bedding was fluffy and soft. All the bathroom facilities were brand new. The public areas were also consistently maintained by staff, making the whole place feel very pleasant to walk around. During our stay, any request to the front desk was met with a super quick response. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises, and the value for money was outstanding. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit this area, and I've already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip here.

The hotel's sky garden is exquisite and elegant, serving as a perfect observation deck with unobstructed views of the entire Xinghai Bay. The cross-sea bridge, alongside the vast blue sky and ocean, creates a breathtaking panorama. This fairytale castle hotel exceeded expectations with its elegant and clean environment, and well-equipped, comfortable rooms. James provided meticulous and thoughtful service, and the facilities were comprehensive, ensuring the children were happy throughout the stay. The photo opportunities were fantastic, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended for families with children.

The room was clean and hygienic, and I must commend Belinda at the front desk for her warm and attentive service. The hotel is easy to find, conveniently located for getting around. Five stars, highly recommended! The location is excellent, close to everything, and there are many great places to eat nearby.

The room was new, so there was a slight smell of renovation, but it wasn't overpowering. The twin beds, at 1.35m each, were great for families with children. The gym was fantastic with a full range of equipment. As for breakfast, it was just okay for the price; the freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice was good, and the noodles were decent, but everything else was pretty standard. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Since I visited during an off-peak time, there was plenty of parking available. I used to only stay in international chain five-star hotels, but if you plan on eating out every day and breakfast isn't a big deal, this hotel is a solid option.

Alisa was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively recommended and arranged for us to have a King Business Room instead. The room was on an excellent floor with a wide, open view outside, and the city skyline was absolutely stunning. The view was even better than what we would have had in the executive room. Alisa's service was meticulous and heartwarming, and she was genuinely considerate and attentive, making our anniversary stay feel extra special and ceremonial. The experience was perfect, completely satisfying, and I'm really looking forward to staying here again!

Going to the front desk to check out, the little beauty asked me how to stay, I said these, the little beauty is patient to listen, the small management next to it said, is not it for you to upgrade the room, do not leak, I use you to upgrade the room? My room leaked for half a night. You gave me a room upgrade or you let me? I mean, you can return the room card back, I will ***, what attitude? How much can the staff next to you be patient to receive you? Or let the staff not ask when you train. In fact, I can feel that the boss wants to do a good job in the hotel. The front-line employees are also very hard. So hard to smile and treat guests. These small managements are absolutely perfect. Every time the goodwill of the employees is pulled back, the management is defeated. Passing by the front desk of Building 1 several times, they are dealing with customer complaints. The boss has time to look at the monitoring of your front desk and look at your hotel management team. It is a good place. Don't be defeated by the management team. Holiday customers can understand, but sincere hospitality will really touch every guest.

The room was spacious and clean, with both indoor and outdoor soaking tubs. Drinks and snacks were provided in the room, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. The lunch options were also very good for our family trip. I recommend staying here.

I was already looking forward to writing a review for this hotel before my trip even ended! It truly exceeded all my expectations! The front desk upgraded me, and I ended up with a huge room. Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses.
