The facilities are clean and good, and the breakfast is very sincere. I went to the schedule for a day and had two days. The staff were very friendly and helped a lot and relaxed.

I loved the stay at the hotel .. super clean and the receptionists were very attentive with our arrival. They provided coffee before time because we had an early appointment. For sure when we need to return to Campo Grande, we would return to this hotel.

A minha única reclamação nessa estadia foi que pedi uma cama de casal e colocaram duas de solteiro e juntaram, toda hora eu caia no meio da cama e pelas fotos do valor postado parecia um quarto maior, fora isso, café da manhã é ótimo e o atendimento do pessoal foi bom, todo mundo educado e atencioso.

Adoramos o hotel, tem uma arquitetura imponente, área da piscina é maravilhosa, todos os quartos tem vista para piscina, as camas king size são muito confortáveis, o café da manhã é maravilhoso e um local muito agradável. Me senti num pequeno resort.

You looted too much and missed vacation in the parking, we had to park in another hotel in the network.

I chose a little more expensive room for having a bad experience last time, when I hosted in room 299, I had a noise of air-conditioning machines. When they arrived at the hotel for my surprise, they gave me the same room, for $150,00 more than the last time I had been hosting. I made a complaint but as the hotel was drunk we ended up at 295, a little better in the noise issue but a room identical to the last, does not justify the price difference

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pousada Arte da Natureza, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the pool area, which offered a stunning view of the surrounding nature – perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. Breakfast was delicious and featured a variety of local fruits and homemade treats, setting us up for a great day of exploring. The location was also ideal, close to many attractions and the city center. Overall, Pousada Arte da Natureza combines comfort, charm, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bonito – it truly enhanced our experience in this beautiful region!

Excelente estadia no Zagaia! Café e jantar excelentes e comidas boas, parque de piscinas bem legal com piscinas cobertas e aquecidas, ofurôs, locais de lazer muito legais, quadras de vôlei, campo de futebol, lago para pesca, academia e áreas de lazer para crianças! Ótima opção para pais com filhos pequenos! Voltaremos com certeza!
