O Hotel está em péssimas condições. Quarto sujo, portas sujas, banheiro antigo, instalações realmente péssimas. Vazamentos em diversos pontos e, inclusive, no meu andar, ao lado do meu quarto houve um vazamento enorme que passou por vários apartamentos (inclusive o meu) e todos os andares do hotel. Sinceramente, o hotel está muito ruim. Realmente muito abaixo de qualquer outro IBIS e totalmente fora de padrões Accor. A única recomendação aqui é não ficar neste hotel. Além disso, o staff é extremamente grosseiro e despreparado. Em Campo Grande, escolha outro hotel! FUJA!

O trauma começou na recepção onde a atendente estava claramente sendo treinada naquele exato momento,sem conhecer o sistema, demorando 36 min para realizar o check-In. Depois de pedirmos muito outra atendente iniciou o atendimento com a maior grosseria possível. Então meu esposo disse que estava buscando o SAC para reclamação ela então sugeriu que procurássemos a gerente que estava em outro hotel da rede, meu esposo foi atrás e só assim o atendimento foi agilizado. Quando meu esposo retornou a recepção a atendente iniciou novamente a grosseria, dessa vez seguida de gritos, até que a gerente chegou e acalmou a situação. Eu estou gestante e só queria usar o banheiro e colocar meus pés pra cima

O hotel está bem localizado mas muito velho, a recepção ok, quartos velhos, corredores horríveis (portas e paredes mal conservadas com carpete sujo e manchado) a saída de emergência muito suja, acho que não vê uma vassoura a muito tempo. Saída para estacionamento tbm sujo e mal conservado. Resumindo: precisa de reparos e limpeza urgente.

Cama da criança não estava arrumada. Ao pedir auxílio, o atendente pediu para nós mesmo fazer a arrumação do quarto. Experiência ruim e falta e lençóis no quarto. Uma pena. Falta de atendentes e falta de lençóis. Com certeza não vale o preço que nos cobram no balcão
