This place is very beautiful. Facing Manila bay with stunning Sunset. The Balcony Facing Okada ****** and there is garden view. The swimming pool Direct Facing manila bay. When it's Sunset time. Its all Red in the sky. Its a resort Type. There are many restaurants and Bars in okada ******. Which is 2mins Walk from the place. I really enjoy staying here and will definitely come back again. The host is very responsive Too

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. One of the best things about it is the location—it's incredibly accessible to nearby attractions. The mall, convenience stores, and other popular spots are just a short walk away, which made getting around super easy and convenient. However, one area that I believe needs improvement is the check-in process. I had to wait for almost 15 minutes just to check in, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey. To enhance the guest experience, I recommend the hotel consider installing automatic check-in machines to speed up the process and reduce wait times. Aside from that, everything else met expectations and I’d still consider staying again for the location alone.

I'M Hotel is located right in.rhe.middle of Makati, with easy access to shops restaurants and shopping mall. The service here has improved significantly since my last stay, and service was very professional and friendly The rooms oh well appointed with a safe, a hair dryer, cupboards, a desk a large LCD TV with a reasonable selection of English speaking channels. The bathroom is a reasonable size and the shower has both a shower rose and a hand held wand. The views from the rooms on the higher floors give a good view across Manila. The swimming pool located on the second level offers a large pool with plenty of Sun lounges looking at across the street and at the neighboring buildings. I'm hotel is it comfortable five star hotel with comfortable beds and I would have no problem recommending it.

The hotel location is very strategic. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I really love the smell of the scent they use for tue entire hotel. I booked a king size bed and it was very pleasant and comfortable. Room is big with rain shower and bidet. The only problem is they lack other basic hotel room essentials like blower, soap, slippers, and electric kettle. Overall, I enjoyed my staycation and will definitely book this hotel again soon.

Good location but not very sound proof. We were on the 15th floor so it wasn't that bad but the neighbours were noisy. The aircon also kept creaking throughout the night. The room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows each of varying softness. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional. There are 4 elevators so you don't have to wait too long. It's right across The Podium, which is very convenient. You can leave your luggage with the staff after checking out if your flight is in the evening. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

GREAT ROOM: The restaurant servers, both at the breakfast buffet and during à la carte dinner service, were all very attentive and friendly. Their warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. CABIN/STATEROOM ATTENDANT: On the other hand, I found the service from my stateroom attendant to be lacking. Throughout my extended stay, there was little initiative to check in on the room, inquire if anything needed to be refreshed, or ensure we had everything we needed. As a long-staying guest, I had hoped for a bit more attentiveness and consistency in service.

As usual staff, security and attendant are all impressive and helpful! They made sure that we are comfortable and easy during arrival and departure in their hotel. Superb customer service!!! We were assisted by attendant and security team from parking up to the hotel lobby. Kudos to all team! Thanks so much for the welcome gift as well!

We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

Our family recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel, and it proved to be a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family of four, boasting comfortable beds and ample storage. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was a standout, offering a delicious variety of both local and international options.

It was my first time booking a room at Ibis Styles and I could say our stay was incredibly pleasant. Located at Gateway 2 inside the Araneta City, it was quite easy to find good food as restaurants are a plenty. Amenities and service were delightful. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond. Christopher was just great as he was able to let us check-in early without a hitch. Our conversation was quick and the check-in process was efficient. Meanwhile, we were fortunate to have talked to Lucky who helped us get the security deposit back even when we haven’t checked-out yet. I’ll definitely book a room again when I come home from overseas.
