Travel vehicles are available to facilitate your trip to the airport and Bangkok. Recommended for those who go to Chonburi

I had a very good stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the hotel’s restaurants were excellent. Breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options, and the infinity swimming pools were a highlight very relaxing with a great view. The rooftop bar and the pool bar were also excellent, offering a great atmosphere and drinks. The staff were friendly, which is something I consistently experience throughout Thailand and always appreciate. However, there were a few points that could be improved. First, the hotel charged a 2,000 THB deposit, even though the website (trip.com) mentioned only 1,000 THB not a major issue, but it would be better to match the stated policy. Second, the bell staff did not offer assistance with my bags during check-in or check-out, even though I had a backpack and handbag. While I can carry them myself, I believe it’s part of the service to offer help so the guest can choose, am I right? 🤔. Anyways, Lastly, there was an occasional sewage smell in the bathroom, which I understand is quite common in Pattaya even at 4- and 5-star hotels. The staff tried to resolve it promptly, but it did return, I guess it’s a normal thing in Pattaya. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel for couples, families with kids, and leisure travelers.

Loved the vibe of this place! The room was super clean and the decor was stylish with a creative touch—such a cute building overall. It’s a short walk to the beach and the location feels peaceful, though a bit far from the nightlife (around 30 mins on foot, or a quick ride away). The room itself is very compact—basically just a bed—but if you’re only looking for a cozy spot to sleep, it’s a great pick.

Only reason I stayed here is my friends booked first, so I decided to stay at the same hotel. It was not a mistake but could be better. Room is clean, staff is friendly. If you are looking for the WOW hotel. This is not it. If you are looking for affordable, I'm not going to spend a lot of time in the room type of place this is it. 1St most of the Grab or Bolt driver did not know where this Hotel was. It is a bit hard to find. Getting bags up the stairs was a bit of a chore since I was carrying my golf clubs. There are 2 sides to the hotel. If you are in the second tower you need to check into the first, then walks to the second. My room was near the elevator, and it was very loud. I could hear everything. Not a lot of noise dampening Room is a bit dated, and needs upgraded. It is and balcony is nice. I had a great view of the pool and garden. Pillows and Beds are a too firm for my liking. The hotel also charges you 1000 bht cash to get your keys as a deposit. so, make sure that you have it to check in. Overall, i rat the place 3 out of 5. Biggest downfall is it is just too far out from the main nightlife.

This is not a hotel , Like a apartment type . if you bokked over 2 Days hou clean yourself room , No anyone to serve . Also the elevator entry need card , They give only one card . The view and the pool is reall nice. when you booked a hotel , Building A swimming pool is sky pool and building B poll is middle pool

This hotel is very good and room is very spacious facing the sea. I really like the hotel stafff who has arrange us for early morning check in. The hotel has swimming pool top where we can see the whole sea view of Pattaya. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will recommend everyone. The location was perfect

Cleanliness: 5/5. The room and linen was clean to a high standard. The only negative remark is that the fridge smelled of the previous guests food. Location: 4/5. The location was practical for what I was looking for but it is a fair walk from both beaches. You can catch the pickup bus to both from the street outside the hotel. Service: 4/5. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. Amenities: 4/5. They provided basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and cotton buds but not extra things like toothbrushes and toothpaste. Note: The room was not particularly soundproof and we could hear guests talking and walking past outside our room.

Great staff and lovely small pool. Free coffee and tea area in reception. The pool bar closed no pool side service and the sun beds were uncomfortable. On the last day some cushions were put out. Poor location really unless you are willing to ride motorcycle taxis. A ten minute walk to Soi Buckaou can pickup BAHT buses or twenty minutes to the second road where the bus runs in both directions into central and north Pattaya and the other way into Jomtien. I found the beds uncomfortable but my friend thought they were great. Cleaners great and cleaned late if required . Would stay again if the deal was right but there are better hotels nearer the beach for not a great deal more. Recommended if you are on a tight budget

It was simply an awesome location! The room was just perfect with modern fixtures! Very comfortable and convenient! Fully equipped pantry area with kitchen and washing machine which was very convenient. The staff was helpful and respond quick on watsapp! Definitely recommend the place specially for a couple!

What an amazing property. The views from the pool over all of Pattaya and the surrounding area are spectacular to say the least. The Edge is an instagram goldmine. The room I stayed in was on the 30th floor, very clean and well maintained. The air conditioners were very quiet and cooled the room down quickly. I especially enjoyed the sliding doors in the balcony/bath tub area, which made for some awesome unobstructed photos and a very cool ambiance when having a bath. The hotel is quite secure with a security detail at the front entrance as well as swipe card access throughout the building.
