The room is quite large, there are three swimming pools, and the exclusive beach around it is very nice. It is convenient for catching sea babies and I like it. It is very suitable for a leisurely vacation.
I bought a two-day package and the hotel is responsible for picking up and dropping off from Chong Lard Pier. The staff's service attitude is good and they can remember every resident. I stayed for three days and two nights. I didn't meet any Chinese tourists. Most of them were white people. There are local restaurants nearby. It was quite a lot and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the family was a little acclimated and had a poor appetite, so they didn't eat much. The sand digging tools for children in the small shops around are a bit expensive, so it is recommended to bring your own
A Perfect Beachside Escape
Natai Beach Resort was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The beachfront location was stunning, providing the ultimate relaxation. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return for another stay anytime!

Great place if you need a night's stay or two otw to Khaolak. Rooms were generally clean but without amenities like toothbrush etc so remember to bring your own. Fridge works well, lights need to be fixed, and the kettle in my room would need to be replaced - WiFi works well, would stay again!
Kuapa Resort is a great option. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is cool and makes sleeping well even on hot nights. The hot water heater makes taking a shower a relaxing experience. The good Wi-Fi makes connecting to the internet easy and smooth.
The location of the resort is convenient, just a short distance from the main road, making it easy to travel to the main attractions. The rooms are beautiful and stylish, with a touch of luxury and the decoration creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. And most importantly, the price is cheap.
A True Eden with Exceptional Hospitality
My stay at Eden Beach Khaolak Resort was absolutely delightful! The resort lives up to its name—lush tropical gardens, a pristine beach, and stunning azure pools made me feel like I’d stepped into paradise. The Thai-inspired room design, paired with the soothing sound of waves, created the perfect relaxing getaway. The surrounding area was lively yet convenient, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and shops, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.

A special shout-out to Ms. Pure at the front desk for her outstanding service! When I needed help navigating public transportation to Phuket, she actively contacted the staff of the transportation company and added my contact information to find out if I was able to successfully board the bus that day. Her kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable journey. This level of care truly sets the resort apart!
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Khaolak. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both natural beauty and heartfelt hospitality!
Great hotel, stayed 1 night on February 14th. Territory is amazing. Took advantage of free excursion on a horse-drawn carriage. Took a ride on water bikes on the lake.
Breakfast is excellent. I recommend

My family and I just stayed at the JW Marriott in Khao Lak and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, with big, comfy beds and natural product toiletries. Every morning, the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, featuring freshly squeezed juices and authentic Thai coffee made with high-quality ingredients. The kid's area offered daily activities, and bike rentals were easy; I highly recommend biking around the beautiful gardens. The service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The pool area was impressive—it's the biggest pool I've seen at any property! Plus, direct beach access was a wonderful bonus. If I return to Khao Lak, I would definitely stay here again with my family!
I love this location. Staffs are very good. That suites the price I paid to stay. There are many kinds of breakfast. Good tested coffee.
But…one thing is not good that lobby staff told me that my room finished but when I went to the room is not finished yet. I was waiting for the room until 15:30 at restaurants. I don’t know what’s happened…, but a drive staff helped to change the room and try to service mind.
This island is magical!
The service is second to none.
The bars, the buffet was delightful, the accomodation is avant-garde yet caters to a higher end crowd.
The private boat ride to the island and the arrival at the jetty is going to leave an indelible imprint in my memory !
The reef and fish are just below the jetty and there is the opportunity to see reef crabs.
The resort is truly magical, a must find, a must see and something to be treasured.
Those who love movies like the Beach, Jurassic Park, Deep Blue Sea, anything acquatic and that meets nature and natural palms could get lost on this island for days.
Thr rooms are too creative and luxurious to describe, a must see, subject to availability.
Thank you for the privacy, the luxury, the food and drinks and the kind hearted service of the Thai people.
With the greatest appreciation

AAnthony w BridgesOur stay at the Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa offered a blend of delightful experiences and areas where the resort could enhance its guest experience. The rooms were undeniably beautiful and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing retreat.
One of the highlights of our stay was the Italian beach restaurant, which served truly delicious food in a wonderful setting. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, boasting a fantastic selection and complemented by incredibly attentive and friendly staff who made our mornings a pleasure.
However, we did have some concerns regarding the main pool located near the beach. During our visit, it appeared that extra pumps were running, seemingly indicating an issue with its cleanliness, as we chose not to swim in it. This was a bit disappointing, as the pool's beachfront location is a major draw.
It's worth noting that the hotel still feels relatively new, and while the staff were generally pleasant, it was evident that some are still in the learning process. This was our second visit to the resort, and on both occasions, we were surprised by the lack of any visible management interaction with guests. A simple check-in or check-out greeting from a manager can significantly elevate the guest experience and was noticeably absent.
Overall, the Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa has the potential to be an exceptional destination. The beautiful accommodations, fantastic Italian restaurant, and outstanding breakfast are significant positives. Addressing the cleanliness concerns with the main pool and increasing management visibility would undoubtedly contribute to a more consistently excellent guest experience. We hope to see these areas addressed in the future.

AAnninAxBankThe hotel is very unique.
From the front of the hotel to the room
Location: Easy to get to because the hotel is right on Petchkasem Road 4. It's not hard to find. There is parking space next to the hotel for about 4-5 cars and you can park on the side of the road in front of the hotel.
Convenience: Everything is complete. There is a buffet breakfast and you can order whatever is on the menu, including rice soup, fried noodles, and eggs for every menu. There are also conveniences both in and outside the room. I secretly wish there were slippers so I could walk outside in case I went to the beach.
Impression: What I liked the most was the bed. It was very comfortable. I wanted to take the bed home. When we checked in, we got 1 key card, but the hotel put another one in the room and turned on the air conditioner, waiting for us to check in. When we came in hot, the room was cool and refreshing.

GGuest UserAwesome hotel. The hotel facilities and supplies are all online and of high quality. The hotel is very private and very suitable for couples to vacation. Breakfast is from 6am to 6pm, which is really great. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is also delicious! This time when I came to Phuket, I also stayed in Racha on Koh Racha, but I still prefer Sarojin. Although the price of the last-minute booking is twice the usual price, it is still worth it!
AAnthonyThis was my first time at La Flora but I was amazed by everything the hotel had to offer. Great location, great pools, great amenities but most importantly really great staff. The room cleaning service was also impeccable. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a great holiday.
Will definitely be back ❤️

ZZTRISConvenient and Cost-Effective: A Stay at B.M.P Resort, Lam Kaen
B.M.P Resort in Lam Kaen, Thailand, serves as a prime example of a practical and economical lodging choice, especially for travelers looking for a brief respite without sacrificing comfort or accessibility. During my stay, the resort proved to be a perfect pit stop, offering good value and convenience that exceeded my expectations.
Firstly, the resort's ability to accommodate late-night check-ins was a major plus. Arriving well after midnight, I was pleased to find the process smooth and hassle-free, a relief for any traveler weary after a long journey. The room I stayed in was notably well-kept, with clean bedding and well-maintained furniture, providing a comfortable and restful environment that is often not expected at such budget-friendly accommodations.
Secondly, the location of B.M.P Resort is exceptionally strategic for those heading to Khao Lak for liveaboard adventures departing from Taplamu Pier. Positioned midway between Phuket International Airport and the bustling Bang Niang Marketstreet, and near Taplamu Pier, it serves as an ideal base for tourists. This central location not only cuts down on travel time but also helps in managing travel expenses effectively, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious divers and sightseers alike.
In conclusion, B.M.P Resort offers a practical stay without the hefty price tag. Its strengths in late-night service availability and strategic positioning make it a commendable choice for those in transit or preparing for marine excursions out of Khao Lak. The resort effectively combines simplicity with functionality, providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.
PPlum31Our stay at Merlin Khao Lak was pretty great. We had a week there, and sincerely enjoyed the feeling of staying in a contained and nicely taken care of rain forest by the beach.
The location was nearly perfect, but the beach itself wasn't very swimmable (beginning of rain season, to be fair). Fortunately, there were other beaches on the same coast that were nicer during the same time of year, so we did get time in the sea water. Even without sea swimming, the ambience from the waves and the sunsets made the beach plenty nice for us at Merlin. There is also a variety of nicepy kept pools to enjoy, though I typically don't enjoy pools personally.
Service/food were both nice as well. The staff was pleasant enough, but it did feel weird that an ecologically minded resort had the least meat/dairy alternatives of any of the several resorts/hotels we stayed at. I found ordering curries with no seafood or meat simple though, and they were mostly still good. The massaman curry was a miss, but everything else I tried was quite good for resort food!
We really loved the touch of the room's default tv channel being an info channel about the resort's wildlife and maintenance. That, plus the several info booklets allowed us to have a more guided and knowledgeable experience while sightseeing on the exceptional grounds. It was really fun running into others who were also just having a look around and waiting to see a different animal pop up.
We enjoyed our stay. Next time we'd likely come back, while also spending some time up the coast a bit.
GGuest UserThe resort is a bit far from centre but you won’t be bored as there are many activities everyday and 4 pools. They offer shuttle to down town everyday but as there are some restaurants nearby, we just stay in the hotel. There are all inclusive dining package during our stay which is good to try all restaurants.
