Overall is good. We have a very good time here. All facilities and service are good. It seems the manpower not enough in every departments since checking in so many guest are waiting at the lobby and GSA are too busy to handle. After finish there’s only 1 bellman to take care of everyone to escort guest to the room by buggy but the luggages will come later.  The luggages come so late we go to the beach 10-20 mins and come back to the room and found that the luggage are in front of our room (what?). We have a good time the party at the beach in the evening. During breakfast, also not enough glasses and some delayed food but staffs are great.

Beautiful accommodation, good view, cute room, complete facilities👍 The staff took very good care of us, they were very helpful👍 A variety of breakfast, every menu was delicious. The accommodation has a place to relax and activities that are suitable especially for couples and families. You will definitely be impressed. 🥰 There will be a chance to come back and use the service again in the future.😊

A great place to stay, especially if you would like to go far away from a busy city. Relaxing atmosphere with hot spring water and an ice pool. We enjoyed the stay, and it was a memorable time for us. I suggest that the resort needs a renovation, it's quiet old but will improve once renovated. But all are good, and staff are good and helpful as well. We will surely come back and introduce this to our friends. P&R Fam

Location : located in good area ( Not so far from the city where you can find many foods and convenience stores). Services : the stuffs were super nice and help you if you need anything. Food : breakfast was excellent! With different varieties of foods, you can try many Thai dishes and also western. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, but unfortunately it was pricey and the taste was not worth the price. But! The service was really nice!  Amenities:  The swimming pool was wide and both adults and kids can enjoy.  There was a beach where you can watch sunset and do many morning activities the hotel provided. They also have gym, kids playground, and many activities including canoeing. Didn’t really get bored even though it was raining all day.  Very good place to stay with your family or friends. Very kids friendly and I think you will enjoy Khao Lak staying here.

A Perfect Beachside Escape Natai Beach Resort was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The beachfront location was stunning, providing the ultimate relaxation. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return for another stay anytime!

My experience at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. 1. Tranquil Location & Stunning Views: The resort is incredibly peaceful, with a breathtaking location surrounded by nature. The scenery is simply amazing — a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. 2. Beautiful & Quiet Rooms: The room was calm, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The private pool made the experience even more enjoyable. 3. Outstanding Staff: Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their warmth really made a difference. 4. Minor Issue with Restaurant Credit: There was only one issue during my stay — a misunderstanding with a restaurant staff member regarding the use of the resort credit. Unfortunately, the management handled it poorly by calling in the waiter to prove I was wrong. This approach was unprofessional and left a negative impression, which contrasted with the otherwise excellent service. 5. Amazing Restaurant Experience: The food at the resort was outstanding — delicious, healthy, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste. 6. Fast & Efficient Transportation Within the Resort: The internal transportation service was impressively responsive. On one occasion, I called for a buggy and they arrived even before I hung up the phone! 7. Highly Recommended: I strongly recommend this resort to anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and a unique experience surrounded by nature. Final Note: I would only advise the management to train the front desk staff to handle situations more gracefully. One negative moment should not overshadow the hard work and excellence of the rest of the team.

Beautiful experience around beautiful people. The resort is amazing, services are above and beyond, clean rooms and spacious. The breakfast is tasty. I recommend it to anyone.

Deluxe ocean front room was a great view Sadly they don’t provide conditioner moisturiser and No tooth paste or tooth brushes .. guests need to buy them themselves as most guests apparently stay for long term periods.. not sure why shampoo and shower gel is provided then. Beach has been washed away by Mother Nature but hotel are trying their best to put in measures for Mother Nature to return the sand which includes a generator going during high tide periods to pump sand back to edge of resort. I hope this works . Still a fabulous location for us and the walk on the beach is great and as long as tide out you can easily enjoy it. It is about 15 minutes by taxi out of town and not much around to do which suited us but maybe too far for others . Enjoyed our stay and would return as we liked the seclusion .

First warm welcome upon we arrived. The bambu bar was cool, too.The facilities we didn't use much. We just spent time in the pool because we booked the pool access room types. So overall, it is a pretty good bit lot of mosquitoes 🦟 when we get into the room that we were booked for, and everything was perfect. Just the mosquito is so annoyed during we at the pool or outside around. Well, there's nothing much to say because of surrounded. Check-in was great. We have juice for welcome drink Check out a bit slowly, but I do understand them as front desk duty say apologies to me. (I'm ok) 🫰At least the housekeeper should be sprayed or asmatch prepare in the room. Would be a better deal during rain season. Room service pretty quickly 😍 Definitely I will go back to stay there again deffo!
