Guest UserAwesome stay at the best hotel in Mindo. Thanks to Marco and team for the superb service, always quick to respond to any enquiry on WhatsApp even before I arrive. He also arranged a driver to pick me to/from Quito, who came in a 4 door 4wd but despite limited English, was really nice and drives safely. Location is convenient as they can always call for a taxi which arrives in minutes and going to town is $3. Birdwatching-wise was good in the hotel, I saw 20 species in 2 days with 2 toucan species, bronze winged parrot and crested guan particularly memorable for me but hummingbirds are few. The room balcony is very productive but the upstairs main lounge has different variety of birds.
I stayed in the luxury cabin which is on a more secluded and slightly higher area than the deluxe cabin. Generally very quiet except for odd moments where loud music can be heard for a couple of songs in day time and also for some reason at around 9pm the dogs bark for 5-10 mins.
But overall, very relaxed and restful stay and definitely recommended to stay here. The saddest part was not staying longer.

The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito.
The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel.
The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

入住厄瓜多爾基多的超級星酒店，絕對是這次旅行最明智的選擇之一！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到酒店的用心——挑高的空間搭配暖色調燈光，牆上掛着當地藝術家的油畫，巧妙融合了現代設計與安第斯文化元素，瞬間讓人對這座高原首都多了份親切感。
預訂的景觀房超乎預期，推開窗就是基多老城區的紅頂建築羣，遠處的皮欽查火山在雲霧中若隱若現，清晨拉開窗簾就能收穫一幅流動的自然畫卷。房間裏設施齊全，智能電視能連接手機投屏，熱水壺、迷你冰箱等細節滿足了長途旅行的需求，床品更是柔軟得讓人沾床就睡，完全抵消了高原旅行的疲憊。
最驚喜的是酒店的服務。前台小姐姐英語流利，不僅快速辦理完入住，還主動送上了基多地圖，用熒光筆標出必去的教堂、市場和觀景台，甚至細心提醒高原反應的注意事項。每天出門時，門僮都會熱情打招呼，還會根據天氣推薦穿搭，這種被重視的感覺太暖心了。
早餐種類不算海量，但勝在精緻。現做的厄瓜多爾傳統早餐“霍爾維喬”（玉米餅配奶酪和煎蛋）香氣撲鼻，搭配本地產的香蕉果醬，酸甜清爽；果汁吧的百香果鮮榨果汁和藍莓奶昔，用料紮實到能嚐到果粒。傍晚回來時，大堂吧還提供免費的熱可可，喝一口暖到心裏，配上窗外漸暗的街景，格外愜意。
地理位置也很加分，步行15分鐘就能到基多老城區（聯合國世界遺產），去聖弗朗西斯科教堂、獨立廣場都很方便，周邊還有24小時營業的超市和性價比高的當地餐廳。
總的來説，超級星酒店用舒適的住宿、貼心的服務和便捷的位置，為我的基多之行畫上了完美的句號。如果下次再來這座“赤道上的城市”，這裏一定會是我的首選！

V100StranA nice hotel, a very large room, a shower and a jacuzzi, they brought water and coffee, and gave you an adapter for the outlet. The hairdryer was taped shut, though. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and bubble bath. But there were no slippers or robes. For some reason, there weren't enough towels; they were small, but overall they were adequate and changed daily.
I wouldn't recommend their restaurant (in the hotel): the pizza was okay, but the soup and pasta were completely unimpressive, and I felt sick afterwards. It's better to check out nearby places with good ratings and go there. Breakfast is okay, not the most varied, but you won't go hungry.

冰岛巴乔The hotel facilities are new, the room has a good view, and the snow-capped mountains can be seen from the large flat windows. The hotel also has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The service staff is attentive. The free shuttle to and from the airport is also provided. The breakfast is also very hearty and I am satisfied with my stay.

walterlxThe hotel is located in the Marshal District, surrounded by many restaurants and bars to choose from. The hotel facilities are very old. The size of the double room is relatively small and there is not enough space for luggage. The hotel breakfast is very simple, only bread and coffee. The hygiene of the room is not good. Living here is also far from the main scenic spots, which is not very convenient.

Absolute five-star praise, 15 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the city, the hotel will pick up and drop off the plane for free. The hotel is located in the suburbs and the surrounding environment is excellent. The garden in the hotel is a bird watching holy place with more than 30 kinds of rare birds. Hotel facilities are good, service is good, suitable for business travel, meetings.
