This hotel completely exceeded my expectations and was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip to the UK. Although it's not in the city center, it's incredibly convenient – just a 10-minute bus ride on the number 6 from downtown directly to the hotel. It's a large resort, perfect for those traveling by car. The hotel itself is beautiful, allowing us to experience the scenic British countryside while exploring Oxford.
Very impressed with the hotel and room. Very clean and one of the most comfortable night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a while. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was very good so much choices and super tasty. The only thing I guess is the parking fee a bit on the higher side. Would definitely recommend if you have the money to spend. Overall 5/5.
This hotel must be a self-driving tour before you can stay. It is a 10-minute drive from Bicester Village. The hotel environment is very good in the golf course. The equipment and facilities are not new but clean and effective. The room is very large. I stayed in a room with a large double bed and a single bed. Breakfast is a traditional British breakfast. There is also a la carte grilled salted fish. It's not bad. The parking lot is free. It is a standard four-star hotel and the best hotel closest to Bicester Village.
Nestled in the suburbs, the hotel offers a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, truly feeling like a tranquil escape. We really appreciated having a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The bed in our room felt like two twin beds joined together, and it was certainly spacious enough. The sofa in the room can be converted into a sofa bed (just a heads-up: not all rooms have these, so be sure to confirm upon check-in).
The rooms were great, the service was good, parking was free, the swimming pool water was nicely heated and the kids had a great time, and there was also a sauna for adults. Breakfast was the usual British style.
It was nice stay. The location was not that great. Breakfast was not buffet but with nice view though the weather was bad that time. The kettle has leftover water and has a lot of scales. The changing room and the showers in the pool was freezing.
