UUUUhiwThe front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room had a great view. The downside is that our room was in an adjacent building, so we had to walk outdoors to get to the front desk, and the path was very slippery because the ice hadn't been cleared. Also, there's no elevator to the third floor.

From the moment I booked through check-in to my departure, the front desk kept sending detailed emails covering transportation, check-in procedures, and general information about the town. Special thanks to khristin at the front desk — she were incredibly patient and friendly throughout my stay.
The hostel is spotlessly clean, and the shared kitchen is spacious and super practical to use. I will absolutely book here again and highly recommend this place to all my friends.

EEttie LUKThere is a self-funded airport bus to the hotel at Longyearbyen Airport. The hotel is isolated at the bus station. After getting off the bus, you can walk to the hotel reception in about 3 minutes. We live in a building opposite the reception, which is 3 floors high. The elevator is broken these days, so we have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor! The buffet breakfast is very rich!

HHualishu11Our room was quite spacious. Although it featured shared bathrooms, our floor conveniently had four, and they were all impeccably maintained by guests. A laundry room and a kitchen are also available on-site. The property itself is spread across multiple buildings. Breakfast was excellent! While it's a bit of a distance from the city center, the journey there offers some lovely scenic views.

I stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were small, but the common areas were very spacious and comfortable. Even if you didn't go out sightseeing, just sitting on the sofa was enjoyable. The restaurant and breakfast were also very good, with comfortable decor. We happened to be there on a snowy day, so we could enjoy breakfast while watching the snow fall. Although the bathrooms were shared, there were many stalls, so there was basically no wait. They were clean and spacious. The location was okay, a bit far from the city center, about a 15-minute walk. You need to cross a river behind the guesthouse, which offers a different view. I would recommend this place more than a hotel!

MMao♡Zhang這個是個露營地木屋，整體的氛圍很不錯。這個酒店還包括了早餐，整體來説我們是很滿意的。屋子很大還有廚房，我們煮飯都很方便。值得推薦
