Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The hotel's biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, with excellent amenities all around. There are endless food options and snacks within walking distance, making it super easy to shop and find restaurants – a true foodie's paradise. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Noise from the hallway, doors closing next door, or even their TV can be quite noticeable, which unfortunately affected my sleep quality. In conclusion, the hotel's convenience and accessibility are outstanding, offering great value for money. I highly recommend it for heavy sleepers, but if you're a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs!

Guest UserI got quite lucky because even though I booked a shared 4-person dorm for 2 nights, I ended up having the room to myself both nights. So, it's hard to give a completely honest review of the experience since I practically stayed in a single room with two bunk beds. 😅
But I liked this place regardless. I found the rooms and restrooms to be clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast really good. I also liked that the place was a bit secluded and in an even quieter spot. The walk to the city center took about 20 minutes, which was a very pleasant and scenic route!
I'd say the value for money is spot on!

There is a self-funded airport bus to the hotel at Longyearbyen Airport. The hotel is isolated at the bus station. After getting off the bus, you can walk to the hotel reception in about 3 minutes. We live in a building opposite the reception, which is 3 floors high. The elevator is broken these days, so we have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor! The buffet breakfast is very rich!

Very clean and comfortable rooms, with a functional kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals and a good breakfast that has everything you need to start the day.
The hotel is in a peaceful, quiet area about 30 minutes’ walk from the city center, right next to nature. Its location is perfect if you want to step outside at night and enjoy the darkness to see the aurora.

Excellent, highly recommended.
I stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were small, but the common areas were very spacious and comfortable. Even if you didn't go out sightseeing, just sitting on the sofa was enjoyable. The restaurant and breakfast were also very good, with comfortable decor. We happened to be there on a snowy day, so we could enjoy breakfast while watching the snow fall. Although the bathrooms were shared, there were many stalls, so there was basically no wait. They were clean and spacious. The location was okay, a bit far from the city center, about a 15-minute walk. You need to cross a river behind the guesthouse, which offers a different view. I would recommend this place more than a hotel!

A warm and comfortable place, the most kind is that there is a beautiful girl at the front desk who has been working hard to help me in Chinese, which makes me feel relaxed and kind without foreign languages.
