"The stay was okay, but we hit a heatwave and the room had no air con or fridge – just a rather weak fan. Free WiFi was only available for 30 minutes, after which you had to pay. Overall it was fine."

GGuest UserThere was load music from outside somewhere untill the early hours . Wine bar or somewhere.
Toilet took about 30 mins to refill.
Shower was too hot and took an age to cool down
£7.50 for parking
When I mentioned the above I was told we only booked a standard room and they were at the back.
That’s fair enough but don’t want to feel like you are park of a rave. And future guest should be told.
A real shame because this hotel could be a real great hotel with a bit of management training

Ssalaudin lunatA 4* Holiday Inn Hotel in Shepperton (Surrey).Prime location for staying at this hotel is Legoland. You would require a vehicle to this hotel. It has lots of open space outside to spend your time with family and friends. Excellent clean rooms, buffet breakfast, (7am -1100 am) and Leisure Facilities (0700 am -2000 am) jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool, steam room. There is a Swan Sanctuary near the hotel. You need to pay for parking but, if you are a IHG Member ask them to waiver the parking at the Front Desk. We loved staying at this hotel.

GGuest UserWe live fairly local but decided to stay here as my daughter & her friends prom was at the wine estate local to the hotel, we wanted to make our girls prom a little more special.
Staff we’re very helpful friendly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect Cold water in fridge fans in the room and the weather has been hot. Food we ordered from the menu in our room was great & friends eat in the bar area which was also very good. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

LLantianbaiyunThe first hotel on this trip to the UK is a resort on the edge of the town of Egham. There are quite a lot of people staying there. Our room was amazing. It was at the very back of the hotel. We took the room truck and kept walking, walking, walking, walking, walking, walking endlessly until we got to the end. It was very speechless. The room was well decorated and very elegant. But the toilet couldn't be flushed. Anyway, we were only staying for one night, so we had to bear with it. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. The croissants were hot and crispy. They were the best croissants I had in the UK.

GGuest UserLovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

GGuest UserNice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds.
4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great.
Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided.
Overall a pleasant stay.

PPenguinLadyThe hotel is a little dated and worn, so I had some trepidation when I first arrived. However, my room was very clean and comfortable. All the usual amenities. Breakfast was available but I didn’t take it. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very close together And the doors are quite loud. I was fortunate in that I did not have noisy neighbours but I would imagine if you had people coming and going a lot it would be very irritating.

GGuest UserThe location is idyllic and the grounds really well looked after.
My room was generally clean however ther was some mould on the shower sealant that could have easily been removed. There was also water ingress along the bottom of the bathroom door. Everything else was great and the shower itself just right.
I was there for a wedding and the staff were brilliant.

JJulieLovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet.
Parking easy with lots of space.
We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive.
Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it.
Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options.
The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient.
Overall a superb stay.

MMilos MarunicIf you’re looking for the ultimate getaway, Hartfield Manor is absolutely the place to be. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be struck by the incredible location; it’s perfectly situated in a spot that feels both exclusive and wonderfully scenic, making it the ideal backdrop for a relaxing break.
The staff here are the real stars of the show, though. They are so genuinely welcoming and attentive that you feel like a guest of honor rather than just another visitor. It’s rare to find a team that goes this far above and beyond to make sure every single detail of your stay is perfect.
On top of the top-tier service, the cleanliness of the entire manor is seriously impressive. Every room and common area is kept in pristine condition, and you can really tell the housekeeping team takes massive pride in keeping the place sparkling. Between the spotless interiors, the stunning grounds, and the warm atmosphere, everything about this stay is a total ten out of ten. You’ll honestly be planning your next trip before you’ve even checked out.
