Nice location, beautiful and adorable, super comfy bed, Very clean and compare to the price of booking for sleep is really really cheap and valuable. My first experience is I was booked for the cheap one and it was city view but still don’t see anything except the buildings at 5th floors. Next time I’ll books the lake view which is add more for like 100-200 baht and I guess it would be great to see the lake view. Me and my girlfriend were having a great time together and the breakfast cost was so good and valuable for the price that we paid for.

It is very close to Kwan Phayao Lake and the lake view rooms offer fantastic views. It is located in the city center and the rooms are clean but the breakfast is a bit poor.

However, breakfast is a la carte, so you have to wait in line for a long time, which delays your next trip. The staff arranged the food in a different order. People who come first and last skipped the queue. You have to wait a long time. If you have a plan to continue your trip, please consider this.

The location is easy to find, on the side of the national highway before entering Phayao City. Very clean and hygienic, and very quiet. It's just over one kilometer walk from the night market.
